I am so impressed with the speed and quality of both the food and customer service at this location. Justin, the manager brought me my food and was so helpful. I’m glad this location is on my way home so I can pop over real quick for dinner.

I went to enjoy a quick dinner before going to a movie with friends 🧡 & found a new menu item, Ranch wings, that were amazing. I'm not an onion type of person; howeveer, the bloomin onion here at Outback is outstanding. It's packed with flavor and an amazing sauce to accompany it. The server, Robert, was awesome and very entertaining. I would recommend him to ANYONE. He was very attentive, punctual, funny, kept the table filled with the drinks, and napkins. 10 out of 10! The manager was very helpful and nice as well. I'll definitely go back to this location from now on!

I stopped by the Outback Steakhouse in Katy around 6:30 p.m. and sat at the bar. By 6:33, there was still no bartender in sight. Several employees walked by, yet not a single person acknowledged me or the other guests waiting at the bar. At 6:34, someone finally came over and asked what I wanted to drink. As he approached, he had both of his bare hands underneath his shirt, rubbing his torso. When I asked what he was doing, he explained that he had spilled soup on himself and didn't want it touching his skin. He then washed his hands, which I appreciated, but instead of taking my drink order, he began serving another guest at the bar. By 6:40, I was still sitting without a drink while he was washing glasses. At 6:44, I finally asked if he was the bartender. His response was, "I asked you what you want." I told him I thought he was going to wash his hands and come back to take my order after that. From my perspective, I had simply been forgotten. Seeing someone walk behind the bar with their bare hands underneath their shirt was concerning from a sanitation standpoint, even though he did wash his hands afterward. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication and the dismissive interaction after such a long wait. At that point, I decided to leave. There are too many restaurants competing for customers for me to spend my money somewhere I don't feel welcomed or valued. I hope this was an isolated experience, but based on this visit, I won't be returning.

wanna the worst experience I’ve had trying to get lunch. Entering the place, felt like a morgue quiet stagnant. No hostess for guidance so I walked directly to the bar to be more efficient. I sat at the bar for five minutes, and I got strange stairs from an employee sitting to my right talking to someone else, and apparently the bartender was helping on the floor and almost looked irritated that I sat at the bar. He very arrogantly and reluctantly asked me what I wanted to drink, and before I could finish speaking, he walked away. Need to say I walked out that’s now ruined my experience to come back to this Outback ever again
