  Usually reliable but fell short a couple of ways last night - I upgraded to a chopped salad as a part of my meal and after eating just over half of it, found a crumbled piece of paper in one of my bites. Let my server know and she apologized, saying she had never seen that before and would let the manager know. She also offered to bring a replacement if I wanted it. I declined, having already eaten over half the salad. The manager did swing by and apologized, telling me it was a piece of paper used to separate slices of cheesecake. Got another apology from our server as we checked out but quite surprised/disappointed that nothing more was offered or given - no discount, removal of the up-charge for the chopped salad or free dessert, etc. I didn’t ask for anything, as I don’t usually seek out “freebies” but would have expected something more than an “oops, sorry”. ☹️

  The food was amazing. The service was also very good. I personally loved the Alice Springs Chicken and the potatoe soup. The blooming onion is a must if you are visiting. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back for more.

  Excellent customer service. We placed an order for delivery and through absolutely no fault of the store, the order was not picked up by the courier for almost 2 hours. Mark went above and beyond to make it right for us!

  We waited all week long to go out. We chose Outback. The place was not busy. Our waiter came over introduce himself told us he would be taking care of us for the evening. He offered to bring us water and bread. After looking over the menu we order the spinach dip for our appetizer main course we both decided on the ribeye bone-in medium rare with asparagus and broccoli grilled. The steaks came out over cooked and to much salt. We sented them back. The manager came over and apologize for the incorrect order. Round two the next set of steaks came out. I tasted mined and it did seem right so I took another bite at time time I knew something wasn't right I had my partner to have abite and she also noticed a strange taste. I decided to take one more bite but the taste was something I hadn't taste in a steak before. I then smelled it and knew at that time it was spoiled. My partner steak wasn't medium rare but more on the rare side. I sent my steak back and decided safe than sorry to not try again. My partner share her steak but, there was so much fat on it it wasn't worth it. We both didn't enjoy the meal. Afterward I decided to have a cocktail which was very good. For this to be a steak place am sorry it's not. We decided to leave and will not be returning. The manager did offer us another go around but unfortunately we thank him and declined. It you are going there beware the steak are very poor quality. Best part was the waiter he was very kind and polite through the whole ordeal.

  We just picked up a togo order. Everything is just horrible. My medium chimichurri filet came well done with two slices of medium well. And the taste is fishy??? Spending 60$ to just eat mashed potatoes and fries for dinner is absurd. Trying calling to speak with a manager to rectify this, but no one ever comes to the phone?
