  Pasé por la tienda a las 11:40 aproximadamente, primero me dijeron en inglés que esperar y nos dejaron esperando como 10 minutos para decirnos que estaban cerrados en ese momento y sin explicación. Muuyyy mal servicio eso.

  Only McDonald’s in the area, with limited choices in the area, so don’t really have a choice after school. Have been a few times with a messed up order in drive thru. We usually get kids meals, either the toy is missing or they decide to not include apple slices. Gets really annoying when the kids are going wild we get home to find out that order is wrong. I’ve tried calling the restaurant after coming home to a wrong order and the staff doesn’t care. They say you can come back for us to fix it. It’s hard to drive back with 3 kids only for them to fix it. Last time I called I said I would like you to fix my order and add an ice cream cone (which is cheap). I was told they would need approval and could not do it.

  We just moved to the area and it’s the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. Every time we go there 8-10 waiting in line, and wait for our food at least 30 mins. Wish they would get their crap together.

  How did this order take 40 minutes and drinks came out melted? They still wanted me to wait "a few more minutes" for my pie too

  Worst location Don’t even bother coming here Waited 35 min in line for nothing Food was cold Drinks watered down and management needs replacement
