  There is a lady working in this place makes discrimination between customers if you are Spanish speaker treat you well if not all the food bring to you there is something small or not make happy no smill face always sad face don't why mcdonald hiring this kind of ppl here

  Everytime i come to this location the food is never fresh. They also have a young Hispanic guy taking orders and he is very rude and disrespectful as well as the red headed manager with the lip piercing. My food has been under cooked a couple times and he told me they don’t sale raw food but I brought them a pink burger back. They need a new crew under new management, this makes no sense I only go because it’s closer to me than any other location but the service sucks.

  Waited in line for over 15 minutes and then I reached the ordering line and got denied for any type of service unless I wanted a drink or if I was part of DoorDash or Uber Eats. Nothing else. So the entire time I could’ve been ordering food at any other fast food franchise I wasn’t updated on their policies or whatever. Mind you this was at 1:30 am. I went to whataburger instead. Thank you!

  Just left this location specifically to get a happy meal for my daughter because she wanted the new Super Mario Movie toy and although it's listed on the receipt what she recieved was some terrible plastic nugget meal "toy". I called the location several times and they never answered, and my daughter has been crying ever since. The portions have shrunk, and the service has gone down hill and to false advertise and not provide the proper promotional figurine for some lame McDonald's trinket is beyond disgraceful. I won't be back to this location or any other!

  Worse customer service ever. Wait 15 minutes for a coffee and when finally get it they forgot the cream and sugar. They kept me waiting another 5 minutes to get it. The problem with this place is that they have lots of kids working and they don't take serious their jobs neither the customer time, besides the time they make me wait they don't even apologize and gave me a rude attitude.
