  Multiple times my to-go order was incorrect. This last time, i ordered a bacon, cheese, egg biscuit and a bacon, cheese, egg mcgriddle. I checked the back and counted the two sandwiches. When I arrived home, there was a sausage mcmuffin and ham mcmuffin.

  For such a big place the workers just stare at you , and don’t want to serve you I left and never stopping by again

  We wanted to refill my soda cup, but they told us no—that they couldn't do that. I don't know if that's actually true.

  Im in a 18 wheeler i cant come thru the drive thru to order food the mobile app says the store is closed but the drive thru is open so I walk up to the drive thru the guy was about to help me and the opening manager had a attitude and told him not to open the windows I told her ma'am im in the 18 wheeler up front dropping gas I cannot come threw ur drive thru she said I dont care go away poor customer service im a paying customer who didnt want nothing free I just wanted food before I went to my next delivery ill never buy nothing from here and I buy McDonald's all the time that really turned me south with the whole company it wouldnt have hurt to open the window an let me order after hearing im not in a car im in a oversized vehicle I'll stick to whataburger from now on
