- CCCam1 day ago3.010+ minute wait for one Mcdouble, table service. They were only slightly busy. The problem is that these restaurants are understaffed. Been that way since COVID. Dining in is such a hassle now. What happened???
- JBJill BoundsMay 13, 20263.0Bad trip through the drive-thru. Waited over 10 minutes for my food. The fries were not hot and were soggy. The fish sandwich was slapped on the bun crooked (again) and it's stuck half off the sandwich because of the cheese. The young man who brought the food out to the waiting space was very rude for no reason. I expect better from McDonalds.

Most McDonald’s in Houston area are not very clean, but this one was different, it was clean and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and fast, and everything went smoothly. This is one of the best McDonald’s around here, and I would definitely come back. The only thing is the food quality is the same as any McDonald’, you know what I mean, nothing special, but okay.

I presented my card to an employee the manager gave me my card back and said thank you. No apology or nothing. Sad!
