  Needed to get the kids out the house so decided to go bowl for a bit. Also ordered food and Jabari tended to us with exceptional care. The manager Todd rounded and had phenomenal customer service. I always come to this location and will continue to in the future. Great service with great people working here.

  An unprofessional young crowd of employees that have no sense of respect or humanity. I was there with my 2-year-old, 10-year-old, and 14 year old trying to redeem our tickets and Qiara, a very rude and disrespectful employee tried to back up her co-worker (Brooklyn) when she didn't even know what was going on, so I started my voice recorder. Both of them don't know anything about the system of Main Event. I have been a customer for longer than any of those employees have been there. I have been going there since my son was 3, and he is 10 now. I informed them the situation and what they needed to do, but they took the wrong route and tried to reverse it on me while I was there with my wife & kids. I have never been disrespected like this in my life. I am going to contact corporate and find a resolution to this because what happened with my family & I was very unfair, so somebody needs to answer to this unjustified action of unprofessionalism from the employees. If there is no solution from them, I will blast social media with my recordings and these recordings will definitely degrade the respect that people have towards 'Main Event Katy'

  We love coming to this Main Event location! The service is always above and beyond. We came today for the Monday madness and our server was Red and he was amazing! The manager Todd was so kind and very helpful; getting our crew of 8 set up to bowl. Such a great place to come for family night or even date night. I highly recommend!

  I didn’t eat while there BUT the atmosphere was amazing! The bathrooms could’ve used more attention, but I understand it’s hard to have them clean 24/7. I played several arcade games, bowled, and talked to a few people. Overall, spectacular day and celebration! :) Be sure to LOCK your cars and hide any valuables, on the way out I noticed a car had been broken into - Bless those people and I hope they get their belongings back. My phone was dead so I couldn’t call services myself :(

  We went to main event for father's day. We bought the wrist band and a game card. They gave my husband a 30 min card for father's day. So we are 190 dollars in. So far so good. We did Lazer tag (which was fun)and putt putt (which was okay, very small room). Played some games more than half didn't work. Which it still took our credits off the card and if you know there games they can range from 7-24 points and that's a lot. I mean alot. So I think we ran into 5 to 6 games that didn't work.. we played a good amount of games and racked up some points. By this time we got food and they were backed up (big time) but we got the 4 drinks and pizza meal like 29 dollars not too bad. But it did take a long time to get. We decided to bowl before going back to the games. Couldn't half the lanes were empty but the ones that were being used left us with 1hr and 45 min wait. I'm not sure why all the lanes weren't working. But anyways we ran both cards out. Got to the kiosk to check our points and the 30 min free card said we had no points. And we were using that cards and getting tickets that never loaded. No one would help us. I get it you didn't see us win these tickets but I hoped the card would have worked and loaded the tickets on our card like it said. But nope. And the other card had 750. Which is sad cause their prize stuck unless you have 2000 and above. At this point my husband was mad. So I would say don't buy the wrist bands unless you plan on going in really early with little to no crowd or your just wasting money. So that's on us. But the tickets and games taking points but not working on them. The workers that didn't want to help us. On them. We won't be going back.
