  I went in at 11:30am for sausage and cheese kolaches expecting them to have some available. They said it would be a 40 minute wait. I went across the street to Shipley’s instead. The girl at the counter had no customer service skills at all.

  Whoever they have making the kolaches today specifically is terrible; they're almost all bread with basically no filling. This happened the other day too, thought it was just a fluke, but now it's happened twice.

  Kolache Factory on Morton Road was incredibly generous in donating over 250 kolaches to support our summer school staff, and they were an absolute hit! Everyone loved them—they were fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the morning. What stood out even more than the amazing food was their commitment to giving back to the community. Their kindness and willingness to support local educators meant so much to our team. We are truly grateful for their generosity and highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or catering. Thank you, Kolache Factory, for helping make our staff feel so appreciated!

  Lazy employees- I visited this location before 7:30 am. I ordered my husbands food, he’s not as picky as I am. I only like the sausage and gravy ones. I go to order them and get told they’re DONE FOR THE DAY making that one. Is that their protocol for EVERY flavor? Why just that one? The day had not even started. They were open for less than an hour and a half when I got there. I had to drive to a different location to get the sausage and gravy ones.

  Tengo una pregunta para hacerte ? Después de la 1:40 pm , los kolaches en general tienen un descuento ? En esta tienda? Inicialmente después de esta hora los compraba con descuento, hay una chica, que según su humor , un día me los vende con descuento , otro día me sale con algo diferente para no bajar el precio, si a la final, es basura por qué lo van a votar , no veo cuál sea el problema , venderlo al 50% off es mejor q votarlos o no?
