  We don't have this franchise back home. I always love a stop here and bring home a boxful for the family. Delicious, both fruit and the egg-cheese-meat combinations. Served warm on request.

  This is one of the best Kolache Factory that I have been to. Their service and atmosphere are great and their kolaches are stuffed really well too!

  I don’t often eat from Kolache Factory, but now I will definitely avoid and choose somewhere else for weekend breakfasts. My boyfriend and I visited on 4-19-26 in the morning to get two kolaches. After taking a couple of small bites I realized mine was cold- like sat in the fridge cold which grossed me out. My boyfriend took the kolache back in thinking I would get a new, fresh kolache that was properly heated but they were so stingy that they literally took my bitten-into food and reheated it then gave it back. I think they put it for extra time because it was so hot I could barely even hold it. I knew judging by the horrible reviews that I should’ve picked somewhere better but I was so hungry that I didn’t care. Totally my fault, lesson learned, and this is why it’s important to avoid low-rated places. Never coming back.

  The staff is either distracted or ignores all requests on the amount of heating on the product. They set it to nuclear temperature I’m surprised it doesn’t melt through the interior of my car.
