  This is the best Kolache Factory hands down! Not only for the food, but management (Nathan) is TOP TIER!!! Nathan has the sweetest spirit and is the most professional with the best customer service imaginable!!! He is ALWAYS the same… if he has bad days, you would never know. I have had issues with delivery companies and even though it was no fault of Kolache Factory, Nathan has taken care of me. That type of customer service quite frankly just doesn’t exist anymore. His work ethic is reflected in his employees as well. Kudos to you Nathan and your team!!!🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Thanks for continuously making your customers day!!!

  I go every Saturday with my daughter and I love it. There have great service, always a welcoming envirioment. They greet you with a smile. Even more important they treat my girl like the princess she is. If you ever come here ask for Roselyn and you will truly be taken care of.

  This location of Kolache Factory is the best!! Rosely, Nathan and Esme are absolutely wonderful every visit and get me right every time. They make it SO difficult to save my money with how lovely they are. I am always treated with respect here, the food is delicious (a solid 10/10), and their coffee is also fantastic! Their coconut cream one is my favorite, alongside their ranchero and sausage cheese & jalapeño kolaches. I love how quick this location is with introducing the monthly/seasonal kolaches, and the cute signs they draw to promote them. This store is so cozy, welcoming and clean. The service is beyond excellent and I am always happy to visit. :-) 5/5 ☆ Their strawberry lemonade is amazing as well!! I’m always surprised by their variety in kolaches, pastries and also drinks!! I totally recommend this for the summer. Many thanks to Nathan for the recommendation!!

  Thank you, Nathan, for feeding my husband and guiding him in the right direction 😂 Before Kolache Factory, all this man wanted to eat was burgers every single day. Now, thanks to you, he actually switches it up and stops by Kolache Factory instead. If it was completely up to him, he’d probably still go every day because he became THAT hooked, but I had to remind him that eating the same thing daily isn’t the best idea 😭 Seriously though, thank you for always being so welcoming and treating him like family. Great customer service and genuine hospitality are hard to find these days, and you clearly made a lasting impression. People like you are what keep customers coming back.
