Good for quick bite. Prices are good and always they'll have offered great deal. There's not much place to sit, space is limited and small. Altogether it's worth to take away food with good taste and prices.

One of the worst experiences I had with food trucks service was really bad was no one in the food truck 4 workers were smoking together have nothing to do wait for them to come take my order they absolutely did not know anything about the menu or how to explain it made my order they told me 10-15 minutes went back asking about my order they just looked at me and after 30 minutes she said sorry we need to remake the order i asked why she didn’t have answer asked for manager, manager don’t speak English it’s really bad service

That was the driest and most overcooked burger I've had in my life. Who over cooks a wagyu burger? What a rip off for 20$. Beef bacon somehow hard instead of crispy. The only juicy part about the burger was how much sauce was dripping out of it. The fries are standard seasoned fries and were good. All three people working the food truck spoke rudely. The step up is a slip hazard in the rain. Ive had better burgers in cafeterias. Try burger bodgega instead.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service my family and I received today. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our order, only to come back and find out that our food still wasn’t ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I tried several times to get someone’s attention, but I was repeatedly ignored. I eventually had to go to the back myself just to find out what was going on. That was when I was informed that our order was nowhere near ready. Meanwhile, I noticed that employees were taking orders from other customers who had arrived after us, while we had already been waiting for approximately 45 minutes. I was then informed that the owner had instructed the employees to stop taking care of customer orders in order to work on a large order. If that is how the business chooses to prioritize customers, then it is extremely disappointing. I had my pregnant wife and my children waiting in the vehicle, which made the situation even more difficult and frustrating. We had already spent a significant amount of our time waiting, and unfortunately, that is time we cannot get back. If there was going to be a significant delay because of a large order, we should have been informed from the beginning instead of being left waiting with no communication. If the owner feels that regular customers are less important or can simply be pushed aside because a large order comes in, then I cannot support a business that treats its customers that way. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, and after this experience, I will not be supporting this establishment again. This was an extremely frustrating experience and reflects very poor customer service. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customer orders are handled so that other families do not have to experience the same treatment.

We ordered food from the Katy location. Our on-line order said it would be ready in 22 minutes. It took well over an hour to get our food. Their excuse was their “system was down.” Then the food order wasn’t even correct. My girlfriend’s burger was ok. I had ordered the Wagyu Jalapeño Groove Sizzler with added grilled onions. My burger came with zero jalapeños and no grilled onions. They were more than happy to charge us for the added grilled onions which I did not receive. Overall the burgers were nothing special and definitely NOT “THE BEST SMASH BURGERS IN TEXAS” as they proudly say on their webpage. The fries were decent and the onion rings were were pretty good. I can say for sure that we will not be repeat customers. If I knew we were going to have to wait an hour for a couple of burgers, I would rather have spent that hour in the In-N-Out drive through line just down the street. I feel like their burgers are probably better and way cheaper. Having to wait over an hour for burgers from a food truck was absolutely ridiculous!
