I had already counted my items and knew I had 20 or fewer, but he assumed otherwise without verifying. He repeatedly interfered with my transaction even after I asked him to stop, which only caused confusion. When I told him I didn’t appreciate being made to feel as though I was stupid and incapable of counting my own items, he didn’t apologize. Instead, he simply said, “Okay, you can talk to my manager if you want.” His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and I believe customers deserve to be treated with more courtesy and professionalism.
