    Thank you for one of the best left handed sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I haven’t had jimmy John’s in a long time and it was perfect.

    Literally go or order from any other location. I selected delivery to my job, and when the associate came in she got in front of my face as I was talking to someone, to ask me to sign a receipt (which I never had to do), I signed it not thinking about it and handed it back to her and she asked "where is my tip?" Very blunt and repeated herself again in a very rude manner. Horrible customer experience, you need to train your staff to handle conversations delicately and pay them right so they are not demanding tips from an $8 transaction

    I just left this location (2/23/26 around 5:40pm), and the customer service from (Corrine) was extremely disappointing. The girl at the register (Corrine) was very unwelcoming from the start. Also, her dirty looks she was given, don't get me started. I politely asked if I could add mayo to my sandwich, and she told me no because “the sandwich already has meat on it,” which made no sense. The sandwich was literally being prepared at that moment, so it wouldn’t have been an issue to add it. Her “I don’t care” attitude was very noticeable and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not like they’re inconveniencing someone for asking a simple request. I would not recommend this location if this is the level of service being provided.

    i don't actually know about service and atmosphere bcuz i got it from my mom but the sandwich was amazing 12/10
