  Grabbed five pounds of crawfish and some sausage at our local HEB Bayou Boil House, and they were delicious. The staff serving the food were friendly and fast. At this location, one can pay for the food outside without having to go into the market.

  I think this store is usually good, but it would be nice is someone cleaned out the coffee machine... lots of bags sitting out where people have tried to use it but the machine is jammed. I don't know the cleaning schedule but there's been no one passed here for a while now.

  There is a tall guy with red beanie on his head, wearing a silver chain and the light blue jeans. He has zero courtesy to customers he doesn’t talk. He doesn’t smile. He doesn’t even look when you self check out the register dude chill dude you need to chill.

  I want to acknowledge a pharmacy employee, Adaly. She helped me today and last month when I picked up medication through the drive thru. The medicine is on back order and has been difficult to find, but Adaly told me she would place an order early so I would have the whole order, all 5 boxes, when I needed it. Today, I was able to pick up all 5 boxes! Thank you, Adaly! And, thank you to the pharmacy team who provide excellent service of even carrying my 5 boxes out to my car because they're too large to pass through the drive thru window. They don't realize it, but having them lift the boxes for me is such a great service. I fight a connective tissue condition where my joints move and injure from lifting. Their kindness is extra helpful for me and saves me wear and tear on my body.

  GINA, a floor manager, was called to fix a problem at another register as she was walking past the opening of the lane we were at, waiting to be checked out. She turns immediately into our lane and proceeds to tell me to move as she tries to squeeze past me and my husband. We are not small ppl. She's not small either. She pressed herself against me and said nothing while she was edging us to get out the other side. I'm on a cane, barely able to stand up and I'm about to drop. She didn't care. I'm pressed against the rack behind us and she gets an attitude like... "Excuse me." Where am I gonna go Gina???????????? I have been fighting cancer and was weak and got out with my husband for one run. And you pressed against us to go thru a full already occupied isle. If I had no cane you would have stepped on top of me when I fell. Why do the young ones feel disabilities don't matter. There are laws that protect us. Learn them.
