  Much respect to Eligh and Eb, the young men who work with the carts and carry out. They saw me struggling with my groceries in the rain and immediately stepped up without me even asking. I called the store immediately after leaving and spoke to Matthew (front end manager) to share my appreciation, but wanted to be sure I wrote a review as well. We love shopping at this location for our seasonal business and this was the cherry on top!

  I love H-E-B. They had ribeye steaks for a very good price today. But groceries have gone up and it makes it difficult on the budget.

  I walked into this store on Sunday with extreme profanity.. this isn’t the HEB I worked for in Kerrville that’s for sure.. before it went statewide. This was truly disgusting with the music not being vetted. Like you want me to be saying the N word walking into any of your stores much less hearing it sanctioned by corporate… absolutely insane with the profanity said.. don’t believe me Watch the cams before noon and around noon 6/14/26 I’m appalled by the management’s decisions.. now I will say I saw them shut it down at the cussing .. but truly obscure and unnecessary.. and if the owner sees this give me some way to contact you.. there are children at that store. Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s not a family work environment nor a family place if you play insane games of culture that involve cursing and racism in music.

  I have to start by saying I love HEB stores, this location being the exception. The place is clean so my mom drives herself here because of it (It’s not our closest HEB) But some of the people at the store find it difficult to do their job. On June 12th at 11:03am my mom was at the check out paying for her groceries. Alexa was assisting her check out, there was also a lady placing groceries in the bags. The lady placing the produce in bags was throwing and tossing the avocados and papaya, placing cans on top of bananas. My mom asked her three times if she could please be careful and the lady did not care and made it a point to do what she was doing even more. We don’t mind putting our own groceries in bags but we do mind unpleasant rude ppl that chose to mess up our produce that we are paying for. My mom mentioned it to the lady at the register and the lady just said sorry. No option to call a manager to have her removed or to ask her to please be more careful. At the end my mom approached another lady to place a complain and the lady said they did not have a manager or a customer service desk. All around unwilling to assists customers .

  I would like to recognize Romina from the cleaning department at H-E-B for her outstanding customer service during Memorial Day weekend. I was looking for two items and wasn't sure where to find them. I honestly didn't know that team members from the cleaning department would also take the time to help customers locate products. Despite being busy during the Memorial Day holiday rush, Romina stopped what she was doing and gladly helped me search for the items. She even went to the back of the store to check for one of them. Romina was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. It's employees like her who make shopping at H-E-B a great experience. Thank you, Romina, for helping keep the store clean while also providing exceptional customer service. H-E-B is lucky to have you on their team!
