Love this HEB! It’s always clean, very spacious, and comfortable to walk around in. The customer service is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve honestly always hated going grocery shopping, but this HEB is the exception. Shopping here actually feels pleasant and stress-free.

I am very disappointed at the flower arrangements I have been getting from HEB, this Mother's Day I got a Lux rose Sunshine worth $65, after 2 days the Sunflower were withering and root rottened and I changed the water and took them out, added plant food and 2 days later from the wash, the roses are all falling out. I didn't even enjoy the beauty of it. I really love HEB but this is annoying

This location is always organized and clean. However, when heading to checkout for some reason it was a little hectic and lines were long. I made my way to a lane which was a long line, behind multiple people with items in a cart. The lady in a blue shirt which I’m assuming is in some sort of management headed to open a lane made eye contact with me, walked back to the end of the lane and offered to take another lady whom was paying her no mind because she was on the phone patiently waiting in another lane. Normally that wouldn’t have been a problem for me but I’m standing there with a hand basket and a 15 pack of water which is no one’s fault but mine (I should’ve grabbed a cart upon entering the store.. but didn’t think I would be grabbing as much as I did). One would assume that just by being a decent human (which requires the bare minimum) that she would’ve offered to check me out since you literally see me watching you about to open the lane, than changing your mind and then seeing the lady and opening it anyway. Not really a big deal but Isabel should definitely work on that because if you already see someone struggling with the heavy items and you see the lines aren’t going anywhere why not offer a solution. Even if you chose to go with the other lady no problem but a simple “I can get you right after her,” or “ma’am would you like to sit that down on the belt I can get you next.” Simple.. !! That’s not very “No store does more” of you or “Because people matter” of you. It’s almost giving Racist. Be a better human.! Than had the audacity to ask if I wanted a cart on the way out.. !

My neighbor and I had a wonderful experience buying shellfish in the seafood department last night, we met JP and he went above and beyond letting us know we could steam our shrimp from 6 am to 7 pm I didn’t even know HEB did that, he’s a gem. We asked if we could speak with his manager because we felt JP deserved to be recognized for his enthusiasm and dedication to amazing customer service but if I am not mistaken I believe he said his manager would be there later in the week, we meant to speak to the managers that stand by the registers but we forgot, I hope this review is able to reach JP’s leadership team. May God Bless JP!

I am utterly astounded by what I am witnessing at the moment. I noticed that the top of the item was altered, and when I opened it, I was met with moldy contents. The quality of items sold curbside is deteriorating each day. I have encountered moldy produce in the past, but this is simply beyond comprehension. I am at a loss for words to describe the disgusting nature of this situation.
