  I originally had some concerns when I was told my order may be delayed and there was an issue with getting it completed as requested. However, what could have been a very disappointing experience turned into a wonderful one thanks to Jacob R., one of the Store Leader. Jacob personally worked with me to make sure my order was completed to my original specifications. He went above and beyond by coordinating with another store and even sent me pictures throughout the process so I could see that everything was coming together as requested. His communication, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of the situation were truly exceptional. I also want to recognize the staff behind the scenes at both stores who worked together to make this happen. Their teamwork and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thanks to Jacob and the entire team, what started as a frustrating situation ended with a beautiful product that helped make our event a success. I truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making sure I was happy with my order. Excellent customer service and a team that genuinely cares about getting things right!

  Worst experience ever buying a birthday cake, decided to order a birthday cake for my baby after trying the cakes that are on the counter. I thought it was going to be the same experience but the cake look rush. It was coming apart.

  Great selection of vegetables and fruits, meat section is always fresh, I love how clean they keep this store

  This HEB has everything you'd expect and a nice garden area out front but is always super busy and difficult to shop at as it requires constantly weaving around carts and people in the aisles.

  Excelente sitio, ambiente, limpieza y trato a la gente esta muy cerca de nuestra casa. A diferencia del ubicado en el Hwy 6N and Kieth Harrow donde despues de 4 anos de abastecernos para nuestro negocio y nuestro hogar, tuvimos un fuerte desagravio con dos empleados ( Melissa y otra de contextura delgada, baja de estatura y facciones orientales) ubicados en caja registradora, solicitamos conversar con el manager, no estaba, despues llamamos por telefono a la tienda para manifestar el asunto antes de ir a colocar una mala resena, tampoco estaba nos solicitaron nuestro nombre y numero de telefono y jamas nos devolvieron la llamada, carentes de una total atencion y servicio al cliente empezando por 2 empleados quienes causaron el desagravio, razon por la cual decidi colocarles un pesimo review y recordarles que muy pronto abririan un supermercado Fiesta cerca de ellos en la Clay rd y Hwy 6N a ver si seguiran dandose el lujo de perder mas clientes por una evidente pesima capacitacion de personal y respuesta de la oficina de un manager de tienda. Por otro lado, Desconozco si el tema de Latino escribiendo y hablando espanol tenga algo que ver con la gerencia de esta tienda vrs el asunto pero la falencia presentada es de caracter universal y no procede. Por ultimo, Disculparme por utilizar la plataforma de esta tienda para lo descrito pero nuevamente reiterando mi calificacion de 5 estrellas para esta conveniente nueva tienda cerca a nuestro hogar miy a tiempo. Nuevamente Gracias!
