  This is my favorite grocery store to shop at. It's always convenient, always has what you’re looking for, and the customer service is great

  I moved to the Kadie area back in 2012 and I only shopped at H-E-B because that was all that was out here fast-forward a couple years and I started shopping at Kroger because one popped up in my backyard basically so I’ve only been grocery shopping there until my daughter asked for items that only H-E-B carried so the few times I have had to pick up these items. I’ve noticed H-E-B is considerably cheaper and not to mention more organized. There’s multiple associates on the floor willing to help and the store is very organized at any given time of the day in a way better . I am seriously thinking about switching back over and driving the 10 minute minutes vs the two that it would take me to get to Kroger!

  I’ve been a customer at this H‑E‑B location for a couple of years now, and for the first time, I encountered a very rude worker. I was leaving an aisle when I noticed a worker talking to another employee who was handing out samples. As I attempted to pass by, the worker stood in the middle of the aisle, refusing to move. I politely asked her to move, but she simply looked at me with a rude expression before finally moving. Her name was JULIET.
