  I ordered a specific cake design and color scheme, and the lady helping me assured me it would look exactly like the design I showed her. She even consulted with the cake designer because we had questions, but neither of the ladies came over to speak with us directly even though they were only a few feet away. Instead, they kept relaying messages through the employee helping us. The only thing they told me was unavailable when I placed the order was the toy that was supposed to go in the middle of the cake, and we said that was completely fine because we mainly wanted the background design that covered the whole cake and the frosting design that went around the cake. When I picked up the cake, it looked nothing like the design I ordered. Instead of the full background design, there was just a small image in the middle, and the rest of the cake looked like blobs of frosting thrown around it even the wrong color was used. It honestly seemed like very little effort was put into it, and it was completely different from what was promised. They did not even call to tell us the image/background design was unavailable too. If they would have called and told us, I would have gone somewhere else instead of wasting my time expecting something completely different. I was beyond disappointed and irritated by the whole experience. The lack of communication, effort, and professionalism was unacceptable. I should not have had to settle for a random cake because they failed to do what they promised. Never again will I place an order for cake.

  Never had any issues at this location. The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful.
