Hello HEB, Yesterday I bought skirt steaks to have a BBQ on Sunday. I started marinading them tonight and had to cut out a lot of gray meat out/off (I did not get a pics after putting it in a bag of marinade), now thinking about it I'm going to trash it. The second pack (the pics attached) had too much gray meat I could not save any of it. My family get together is not going to happen Sunday. Just wanted to let you all know. This is my 1st bad review I have ever giving. Regards

Fruits are so fresh. Prices are definitely cheaper than other grocery stores. Love that they carry their own brands as well

By far the WORST HEB I have ever been to in my entire life and I have lived in austin and san antonio and been to various heb’s around houston. It’s so sad how terrible this heb is because it’s the one I grew up going to for over 20 years. It was great back in the day but after covid this place went EXTREMELY downhill. Every other time I come here they have some kind of major issue. One day I needed lettuce and I get here and the ENTIRE WALL of produce where the lettuce is was empty due to some issue. This happens like every week. Today it was about 9 pm and I already was running late for dinner and all I needed was some ground beef and a block of cheese and of course the only two things I needed were completely gone because those shelves were empty due to yet another problem. Ontop of that there were buckets all over the store because of leaking water. They constantly have empty shelves here for various random items due to these issues. Always out of the dang good culture cottage cheese and they have a terrible pick of produce compared to the heb plus on fry road. Just because this isn’t a super fancy area anymore doesn’t mean we don’t deserve proper ripe produce. Their avocados are particularly bad being either WAY too ripe and mushy or hard as a rock. Multiple times I have seen the entire strawberry section full of boxes of moldy strawberries. Absolutely terrible HEB I barely ever write reviews and especially not about HEB but my experiences the past few years with this HEB made me have to say something because it’s actually unacceptable at this point. HEB corporate you need to put SERIOUS work into fixing this HEB instead of devoting all your resources into the bunker hill fancy heb. Do your job properly and maintain your locations please or else all of your customers will go down the street to that neighborhood walmart.

A good place to buy all sort households and grocery shopping. Good space, good setup and huge collection of different taste and kind. Staff are professional and friendly. Parking is plenty and free. Vegetable and fruit section I like most. Easy to check out and paying the groceries what I purchased. Over all it's all good and fantastic store.
