  New coupon system in the My HEB app is frustrating. The old paper coupons worked fine, but now scanning barcodes and loading them in the app often fails. Please make it more reliable, or bring back the paper coupons

  Hire more competent, customer-service-oriented people at the gas station!! I went to the clerk to get a copy of my receipt because the machine didn't print it, and I paid for the car wash. The clerk asked me for my credit card or the transaction amount, something I'd never seen before. Even when I told him I could barely walk due to a recent surgery, which was noticeable, he pretended I was going back to my car to validate the information. So, I told him to keep it. Enjoy the $12.99 HEB

  I have always enjoyed shopping at this H-E-B because I live in the neighborhood directly across from the store. Unfortunately, my experience today, Sunday, September 13, at approximately 6:00 p.m., was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable. The cashier’s behavior toward my mother and me was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the beginning. My mother simply asked her how many pieces of fruit she had, and the cashier responded in an unnecessarily rude and hostile manner. Throughout the checkout process, she handled our groceries roughly and continued to display an extremely unpleasant and disrespectful attitude. The situation became even more concerning when I attempted to take my receipt from the machine because I did not feel that I was being treated appropriately. The cashier took the receipt, crumpled it in front of me, and refused to hand it back. When I calmly told her that she should treat customers with more courtesy and respect, she responded with profanity and continued speaking to me in an extremely inappropriate and aggressive manner. I took a photograph of the incident, and rather than showing any concern about her behavior, she actually challenged me to take the photo. This was not a simple misunderstanding or an unpleasant interaction. The conduct I experienced was completely inappropriate for someone representing H-E-B and should not be acceptable under any circumstances. Customers should never be subjected to profanity, hostility, disrespect, or intimidation while simply trying to shop and pay for their groceries. I am asking H-E-B management to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and address this employee’s behavior appropriately. I have been a customer who genuinely enjoys coming to this location, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
