We had such a wonderful experience at Gloria’s Latin Cuisine! The restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious, and our waiter was very kind and attentive. The food was so good, and the whole environment felt welcoming and relaxing, especially with the beautiful water fountain in the back patio area.
from Posh Salon & Spa, I always love supporting other great spots in our community. This is definitely a place we highly recommend. We truly enjoyed it and will be back again!

We were there for Mother’s Day weekend with a large group. Place was packed as expected. Food from set menu was great and even though they ran out of ice our waitress Adriana made sure our party was well taken care of and did everything possible to provide excellent service despite of the place being at full capacity. Overall we had a great dinner and will be back. Hopefully we get to experience a less crowded day with the same server.

Five stars without hesitation. Gloria’s in Katy continues to be one of our favorite spots, but what truly sets this place apart is the bar staff. The cocktails are consistently exceptional—beautifully made, balanced, creative, and clearly crafted by people who know exactly what they’re doing. Just as impressive is the service: kind, attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you sit down. It’s rare to find a place where the drinks are this good and the hospitality is this outstanding. The bar team makes the entire experience feel special every single time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 7 years (downtown and now Katy location) which is why today’s experience was especially disappointing. For Mother’s Day, they decided to switch to a very limited menu without notice when they put you on a waitlist that didn’t include any of the dishes I normally order. After putting you on a 45 minutes waitlist for a table, I was forced to choose something from the shortened menu that I honestly did not enjoy.
What upset me even more was how my daughter’s food was served this time. Her fries and meat were thrown together in a deep bowl instead of being plated separately like usual. It honestly felt careless and disrespectful.
I also had an issue over something that has never been a problem before. I simply asked for a single pupusa on the side with my meal, something they have always accommodated in the past, especially when I order carne asada. Instead, the staff argued with me about it saying manager did not authorize until I told them it was stupid to switch menus without notice even though pupusas were already being served on other plates from the same menu.
Mother’s Day is supposed to be a special day where moms can relax and feel appreciated, so having this experience after years of loyalty was very disappointing. Sadly, after today, I don’t think we will be returning.

Edit: I did ask for the green sauce the server told me it does not exist anymore and so I wasn’t able to have it.
The Nancy’s Plate used to be my go-to, only because the chimichurri sauce was that good. They changed the recipe!! The new version is super oily, bland and the paprika was a horrible decision. Kind of wild to mess with something that was already perfect. Tag me when the OG sauce comes back, until then, not returning.
