They really need to improve their organization and pickup times. It’s frustrating to wait so long just to pick up a takeout order.

It's just under lettuce and rice and at first glance looks like a good amount. Chicken was old and dry. Probably from the night before. I asked for salt and was informed that they ran out. Do they know they're a restaurant? I'm one of the first customers so how did they run out already?I recently got a new job in this area and was hoping to add Pollo Loco to my lunch list but NOPE. Not going back and don't recommend. (Also, they didn't provide a receipt)
