  Such a friendly staff!!!! The farmhouse bagel and my vanilla cold brew was phenomenal ! Thank you for the recommendations !

  The restaurant is very clean and the employees are friendly. The food is always excellent.

  Tell me why we stood at counter for several minutes without one of the FOUR PEOPLE trying to build one sandwich didnt even bother to acknowledge us. They could of said we will be with you in a few minutes anything but yal said nothing to me and my very pregnant daughter. Yal didnt even look up to see that we were leaving. This was our FIRST and LAST visit . ***REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE. Their bot did not understand and started all over.

  I have been getting bagels from Einstein for years so there is a basic expectation of what I'm going to get. I have ordered from the Cinco Einstein several times since they've opened with little issue other than a long wait - new store, new staff so that's understandable. I placed an order for pickup this past weekend. My daughter orders just a plain, toasted, with plain shmear. The person that made this order couldn't possibly think this was ok and needs re-training. They're usually pretty generous with the shmear and considering it costs extra, I should have taken it right back and gotten a refund. My daughter was leaving and was taking this on the road so she just ate the half with the minuscule bit of shmear that it did have on it. Do better Einstein Cinco Ranch. Make it like you'd want it.
