    The crew is nice. However, Constant crew member changes,longer than normal wait times paired with foul tasting/inconsistent drinks is why this location is no longer top tier. I understand things change but recipes, accuracy or crew members shouldn't change as often as they do at this store. PLEASE bring back the original crew members who opened this location. If not to make drinks, at least to train your staff

    Been going to Dutch Bros for years. The Spring Creek, Katy location is by far my favorite in the Houston area but, really all of them are great. If you don’t want to sit in the line, then download the app, link your card and order ahead to pick it up when you get there. Otherwise, be patient and stop complaining.

    huge shoutout to this location!! by far i've tried a lot of dutch bros locations and this one has never failed to make the best drinks ! and the staff is amazing they're always quick and so nice , literally never fails !!

    Joshua at Dutch Bros went above and beyond for us. ❤️ He made my dog’s last pup cup extra special, and that small act of kindness meant so much. It was such an emotional moment, and Joshua was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Thank you for helping make one of my dog’s last little treats a special memory. 🐾 Dutch Bros is lucky to have you!

    My experience is I chose the lane that was less populated as instructed by the sign and was completely ignored by the one employee working the longer line. Not acknowledging or anything. Close the lane completely maybe? Either way, I went to the Starbucks across the street.
