    Today I stopped to get a drink. I pulled up there was 4 cars in front of me but the employees were speaking with the last car. When he finishes he goes straight to the white SUV that had just pulled up. I was like WTH! I rolled down the window and stated I was here first and the lady in the SUV also said she was here first because it wasn’t packed. Employee comes to my car and say we zigzag here, but I was here first and she literally just pulled up. So I can wait but another person can just pull up and get service right away. I spoke with the manager, very young lady, who just restated that they zigzag and sorry which okay, but this company needs to rethink their policy because that is not fair. I don’t mind waiting in line but to make me wait and the next can just pull up is not fair at all. I will never visit this location or any other location because if their policy is unfair to people I will spend my money where everyone is treated fairly.

    Was in the drive thru and my girlfriend dropped one of our drinks, the girl at the window immediately started apologizing and taking blame for what happened. Getting us a remake without hesitation, thank you to the girl at the window. Thank you for being so wonderful. Drinks also taste great with a short wait!

    I’ve been going consistently to this DB for 2 years now. My favorite one in the area. Drinks are consistently made well and the staff is always kind and friendly.

    The Drive thru takes a long time, sometimes you have to order at the window and takes to much time also.
