She always has so much energy and such a sweet personality and brightens my day whenever I see her. Maddie is another of my favs and look forward to seeing these girls every morning! - FFFelicia FloresApr 7, 20261.0Its so disgusting and hazardous to experience drinking the tea I purchased, I was horrified to find a bee inside my mouth. This was an incredibly distressing experience. Not only is it unsanitary, but as a customer, I should not have to worry about insect contamination or the risk of being stung while enjoying a beverage. Imagine if I was allergic! this specific location has a known, ongoing issue with bees. While I understand that sugary syrups can attract insects, it is the responsibility of the management to implement proper pest control measures—such as air curtains, shielded prep areas, or professional mitigation—to ensure the safety of the products being served. Finding a bee in my drink has completely ruined my confidence in Dutch Bros' health and safety standards. At this point, I have no desire to return to this location until I am assured that significant changes have been made to address this issue.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
