    Very disappointed with the online ordering experience. This has happened to me multiple times. I’ll order 15–20 minutes ahead, arrive, and my drink hasn’t even been started. They don’t seem to check me in or work on my order until I physically arrive, so I still end up waiting another 10–20 minutes behind other orders. Dutch Bros advertises “skip the line,” but that has not been my experience at all. If I’m ordering ahead and paying in advance, my drink should be ready when I arrive—not put at the bottom of the list until I get there. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering online.

    I went to this Dutch Bros a couple of weeks back and there was this tall guy with glasses and curly hair who made me a drink he recommended me, I think it was called something along the lines of a pumpkin latte and it tasted amazing! Will definitely be back soon.

    Very upset, I placed my order online at 9:32 It said it will be ready at 9:37, I didn't go till 9:39 there was a line. A couple in front of me order 2 drinks. At 9:40 I asked for my order, they said it will be ready soon. I'm there waiting with my 2 year old, at 9:45 I hear one of the Baristas asking another one if they have done the order for Jared or if she wants her to do it. THE COUPLE INFROT ON ME HAD ALREADH GOT THEIR ORDER!!! I know mine was an was order justa latte with oatmilk but come on that long. it's ridiculous

    Was in town visiting the in-laws, don't have dutch bros in the city I live in so I was excited to get my favorite drink again. Waited a very long time because the employess were chatting with 2 cars in front of me. Apparently, sinc the last time we went they discontinued matcha, which is fine I guess. Ordered a lavender iced latte instead, the lavender is what makes it my favorite. Got my drink and it has no flavoring whatsoever in it. Its just milk and coffee. Can't go back because we're headed out of town. Just really disappointed, I don't get to have the dutch bros experience on a regular basis and it wasn't a great visit today. The husband's drink was made just fine though, so I gave 2 stars.

    I’ve always enjoyed Dutch Bros, this was the exact location that made me fall in love with the banana bread iced latte cause of how great they’d make them, BUT there’s been a recent change in the staff and the flavors just haven’t been the same. The staff is nice and the environment isint any different but the coffee just is not as good as it was with the previous baristas. Almost every time I’ve ordered since the staff change, my coffees are not sweet how they should be. I think if they’d get trained on the drinks to get them just right, that would be awesome ❤️
