I am a regular customer and order from this location frequently, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I ordered three large pizzas along with two 2-liter sodas (one Sprite and one Coke). When my order arrived, the pizzas looked like they had been mishandled during packaging or transport. One pizza was so damaged that the crust was falling apart. Another pizza box was completely crushed, as if multiple boxes had been stacked improperly with something heavy placed on top of them. The presentation and condition of the food were unacceptable. To make matters worse, my drink order was incorrect. I specifically ordered one Sprite and one Coke, but instead received two Cokes. I called the store to report the issues and experienced an extremely long wait before anyone answered. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold again for an extended period. Eventually, I spoke with a manager named Joseph. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from the manager was just as disappointing as the condition of the order. Rather than listening to my concerns and addressing them professionally, he seemed impatient and dismissive. When I explained the problems with the damaged pizzas and incorrect order, his response was essentially to offer replacement pizzas. Given the poor condition of the original order, I was uncomfortable accepting another delivery and simply wanted the store to understand how disappointing the experience had been. Instead of showing concern, he repeatedly asked, "Do you want the pizza or not?" The interaction felt rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer care. Mistakes happen, and most customers understand that. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Between the damaged food, incorrect items, long wait times, and disrespectful customer service from management, this was one of the worst experiences I have had with this location. As a loyal customer, I expected much better. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to others.
