We called the store because we ordered it for delivery through the dominos app and the manager Jay stated there was nothing he could do because he can’t see the pizza. We offered to send him pictures through email or have the delivery guy come get it and he refused and hung up the phone.

By the time I opened the box, my kids were already hungry, so I didn’t have the option to return the order. I attempted to call the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue directly. I’m disappointed because this was meant to be a small treat, and I expect to receive what I paid for. I’m hoping you can look into this matter and ensure better quality control and responsiveness at this location.

Grabbing the cheese literally with their bare hands to prep the pizzas which is not only unsanitary, but absolutely disgusting!! Then one of the girls used tongs to pick something off of the pizza after taking it out of the oven then continued to package the pizza up. This is exactly how people get sick. I am very upset. I will NEVER eat anything from this location again and I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this matter.
