After that, my delivery time kept getting pushed back every hour, with no reasonable explanation. After waiting 2½ hours, I was told it would still be another 2 hours before my order arrived. Expecting a customer to wait 4½ hours for a pizza delivery is completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle the delivery volume, don’t accept orders you can’t reasonably fulfill. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
