  This is the weirdest dominos ever. Stingy as hell on the toppings..even the handtossed crust is paper thin they try to save money on dough here too

  If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered delivery and agreed to the 70-minute estimated wait time. After that, my delivery time kept getting pushed back every hour, with no reasonable explanation. After waiting 2½ hours, I was told it would still be another 2 hours before my order arrived. Expecting a customer to wait 4½ hours for a pizza delivery is completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle the delivery volume, don’t accept orders you can’t reasonably fulfill. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

  Ordered pizza yesterday and specifically had the garlic seasoning option on the receipt. When my son picked up the order, the garlic seasoning was not on the bread. When he asked about it, he was told that he should have selected it on the order, despite it already being listed on our receipt. Mistakes happen, but being told we didn't select something that was clearly on the receipt was frustrating. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable-just what we had already ordered and paid for. The customer service response was disappointing. They should definitely teach the younger generation about customer service.

  We were excited to have the handmade pan, but it was very undercooked and still doughy. We also ordered the spinach feta thin crust which came out good.

  Today was our first time ordering from this location. We were so excited that we have a Dominos closer. Its 50% off so we ordered two stuffed crusts Meatzaa pizzas with cheddar cheese blend. The pizzas were hot and fresh!! They had plenty of cheese but definitely wouldn't qualify as the Meatzaa pizzas that we are used to when ordering. Thete was cery little meat and it was as if they tried to hide it by being so generous with the cheese. Not cool at all and very disappointing!! I guess we will have to go back to the Grand Parkway location and that is sad!! We will have to pass that one up to go to the other location. Do better!!!
