  First I'm going to start by saying that I am in charge of a restaurant myself so I take no pleasure in writing a negative review and I understand what comes with running a a professional kitchen but after my visit here today I must say that this was probably the worst Chipotle I have ever been to while the staff was wearing gloves and looked neat the kitchen was in a state of disarray peppers rice meat all over the floor and the counters were extremely dirty the grill look blacker than black honestly I don't think they're scraped that at the end of the night I was too embarrassed to say no and walk out cuz I would never want that to happen to me and my place of business so I figured they're probably been busy all day and haven't had time to clean up but honestly that just means that they work like pigs and don't clean as they go. I ordered my food got the Big burrito sloppy sloppy work on the wrap I should have probably ordered an extra tortilla the only saving grace was that the steak was actually decent until I got two pieces of nerves and gristle like really I get like 4 or 5 oz and I still have to get some gristle !? What is that about and the rice which was bland and just tasted of lime was drier than dry I kept on having to spit some parts out just overall not a good burrito two burritos and one drink and a queso for $39 should taste delicious and perfect not the way it did today a sloppy mess a few pieces of meat old tasting rice and lettuce that was soggy but that makes sense it was in a burrito the staff looks tired and just seems like they're sleepwalking all through their job and it looks like all the cleaning is done at the end of the night and if they do the cleaning like they do their job half ass it worries me how it looks at the end of the night that being said I tried to be sensitive and understanding since I do do this for a living myself and I would hate for somebody to do a unnecessary review but as a kitchen manager myself I just had to write something because this was egregious the state of this kitchen I would lose my mind if I found my establishment like this and I would not go home until it was perfected and corrected Plus on a side note when I was leaving the establishment what looked like employees or random customers were smoking weed in the back parking lot so that added to the experience overall just underwhelming and disappointing save your time and money my dog enjoyed the rest of my horrible burrito he gave it 5 stars ! So I guess it was good dog food as disrespectful as that sounds it's the truth

  I would’ve gave them 4 stars but I don’t like the fact that I had to ask an employee to change his gloves after touching everything in site yet still handling food while wearing the same gloves.

  This chipotle was scrumdiddlyoumsoucs it made me do 5 backflips and 10,000 jumping jacks. The honey chicken was like heaven on earth and it made me do another 5 beanson Boone backflips. P.S don’t get the beans they made me go to the loo. XxXxX

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location. The portions were noticeably smaller than than most locations, which already felt frustrating for the price. On top of that, the customer service was lacking—most of the staff seemed disengaged, and I was completely ignored for about 5 minutes while waiting to pay for my food. I understand places can get busy, but acknowledging customers and providing basic service should still be a priority. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and not up to the standard I expect from Chipotle.

  I really enjoy the food here but the pickup lane is incredibly inefficient. It’s supposed to be faster to preorder, prepay, and just pick up. However it seems that they may be understaffed or changed the process to where the people handing over food in the pickup lane are also making food. I sat there in my car just waiting for my food that I was staring at as it was already done. Just watched as the only attendant is making meal after meal. My food was sitting there just getting cold. Two stars because the food was good. Terrible approach for pickup lane. I won’t be coming back unless that is resolved.
