  Really disappointed guys. The chipotle on 1260 N Fry Rd actually BOTHERS to make the burrito immediately when I place the order 15 mins in advance online. Instead they decided to start making it the moment I pulled up to the drive thru window, wasting my time. Whats the point of ordering in advanced if im just gonna wait the same as if ordering in the store. Be faster or ready on the online orders so I can get in and out fast.

  Came in to try the new “chile lime” chips. upon payment i asked for one of the many bags labeled chile lime stacked on the shelf. the cashier stated that those were only for online orders. I asked if i could just purchase one since they had so many, she said “sorry only for online”. they had a line of people in store asking for the new chips and not many online orders…. why have so many bags if your customers can’t purchase them?

  Unfortunately, since the change in management, the service has been very different. The employees working the front today were unfriendly and made a very simple kids meal request unnecessarily difficult. We’ve been coming to this Chipotle almost every Sunday for nearly 10 years. My son has special needs and depends on routine, and we’ve always had a great experience. After so many years of wonderful service, today’s experience was truly disappointing.

  Manager new? Do you wait until the dish is entirely empty to make a new dish? Just make a new side, protein, etc if the serving dish is 50% gone. Yall close at 11pm. All day the food by 9:30 and then replace food when it is close to 20% empty. Not rocket science. Just easy way to not have 1 star reviews quickly. Plus if you get the food done ahead of time, less stress on your employees end. Manage better.

  First and last time I come to this chipotle. The service was bad so unfriendly and rude and the employees weren’t prepared and trained for caring out how busy it could get my order was given to me over 15 min after it says it was suppose to be ready which was like 15 min from the moment I placed the order and there was a lady who probably might had been like management and a customer got upset, and instead of apologizing she argued with the customer. After nearly 25 min of waiting they get my order wrong. I paid from double protein and barely got the single serving
