  Customer Review – New and Improved Experience It was almost two days shy of a full year since I last visited this location — and my previous experience had been very poor. I didn’t even realize the date until I began writing this review and noticed my last visit was 8/4/25, and today is 8/2/26. The timing is ironic, but the transformation in service is undeniable. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was very busy, yet the staff handled the rush with professionalism and efficiency. The line moved quickly, items were replenished without delay, and every employee I encountered was friendly and attentive. One thing that stood out immediately was the manager’s leadership. I noticed him working the grill, but what impressed me most was how seamlessly he transitioned from cooking to assisting the line. He switched places with another staff member — who appeared to be newer — and jumped in with speed, skill, and purpose. That level of hands‑on leadership speaks volumes. My food was delicious. The peppers and onions were sautéed perfectly, and the cashier was kind, patient, and welcoming. I want to personally recognize the employees who made my visit exceptional: Regina – Cashier Alex – Food Preparation David – Assisting on the line I regret not getting the manager’s name, because his presence and work ethic were a major part of why this experience stood out. I ordered the Honey Chicken Chipotle Bowl with only veggies, cilantro rice, corn, and extra veggies — plus double chicken, double corn, and double veggies. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I did have to request a second bag of chips because the first wasn’t as fresh, but the staff handled it kindly and without hesitation. Overall, this visit was a complete turnaround from my experience last year. The team was organized, hardworking, and genuinely committed to great service. I will absolutely be back.

  Unfortunately, Chipotle has not turned it around. Every few years I think it can’t be that bad.. and then I eat a meal from Chipotle and slapped in the face with a reminder of why I haven’t eaten here in a while. Portions have gotten even smaller than before, zero flavor and just pitiful.
