    Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered the new Jalapeño sandwich, which comes on a specific bun, but the bun was toasted so long that the bottom was rock hard. I went to the counter just to ask for a replacement bun, and somehow it turned into a nearly 5-minute process. One employee had to tell another employee, who then had to tell someone else, and eventually someone had to come back to the register just to type it in for the kitchen. Meanwhile, my food was sitting at the table getting cold the entire time. Another employee eventually asked if I had been helped, and by that point I was already frustrated because it should not take that long to replace a bun. She offered to remake the meal, but honestly, I didn’t want to wait even longer after already sitting there while my food got cold. On top of that, there was no one maintaining the lobby — drinks weren’t being refilled, tables weren’t being checked, and overall the customer service felt completely unorganized. I visit the Morton Ranch location multiple times a week, and I’ve never experienced service like this there. Unfortunately, the Elyson location was extremely disappointing from start to finish, including the fact that the restroom was not clean either. Very disappointed, and I won’t be returning to this location. The trash overflowing because no one is caring for the lobby. Its Disgusting.

    I ordered off of DoorDash and my full order was not delivered. I contacted both DoorDash and CFA. I decided to visit the store to get the rest of my items from my order. The order that was delivered had my full order on the bag, but only two items and two beverages were delivered. I spoke with the manager on duty, Camilla H. She did advise that I had to contact DoorDash directly which I did. I expressed to her that I wanted my full meal that I paid for, and since the full order was listed on the SMALL bag that was an error on their end. To provide clarity… I ordered 2 full meals, soup, mac & cheese, and a brownie. So the team member who bagged my order, did it incorrectly. Which I also communicated that with her. After going back-and-forth, she then decided to prepare my meal as a courtesy. Once she handed me my meal, she then stated “ Next time ask for permission if you are going to record!” I informed her I do not have to ask for permission and she said “yes you do.” How unprofessional as a manager on duty! Once I made it home, the food was not fresh and the fries were overly salty! Not only was I disrespected in the store, my order was unacceptable as well. If Camilla is going to do a complementary gesture for a customer, let it be just that without an attitude and unprofessionalism. Maybe she should participate in extensive management training.

    I had previously written a bad review because of the many bad experiences I’ve had here but today a lady named Yessenia changed my mind! She was not only kind but timely and my order was accurate. I think she was a team leader or manager, and from what it looked like to me everything was running very smoothly! I’m glad to have had a good experience here and I credit it all to her. She also was very sweet to my two toddlers! Thank you Yessenia! (I have no idea if I’m spelling her name correctly and apologize if I didn’t.)

    Excelente servicio, excelente comida, realmente recomiendo cada producto de CHICK FILL, el pollo a la parrilla fresco con un sabor extraordinario, las sopas, el empanizado en el pollo es único GRACIAS CHICK FILL A Y TODO EL STAFF por llegar a nuestros hogares con amor

    They let you order thru the mobile app and you get there excepting to go thru the mobile order line. Nope, they always have it closed. I got my food handed to me before I even reached the screen with a qr code and we had to wait in the merging line of mobile order and drive up orders. Y'all get the food out fast but gotta wait in line for a good 10-15 min until I can leave
