    For the 3rd time they mess with the online order and when I call them they refused to deliver the missing sandwiches to home and I’m suppose to drive back again to the store to get the missing items and I spoke with the manager named Harmen and he did nothing. Terrible customer service!

    I do not recommend ordering breakfast at this Chick fil a. I stopped by this location for breakfast and had a very poor experience. I was givin the wrong order and I said "im sorry ma'am but I order the breakfast burrito." She replied " WHAT BURRITO!?!?" I didn't respond she then asked me to pull around and I did, visibly frustrated I might add. I sat there for 15 mins as traffic began to pile up. Long story short I had to walk inside and ask for my order again. They looked like they had no clue what i was talking about. My order had been forgotten and was sitting on the counter. Poor service with poor communication is a recipe for disaster. Dont waste your time here, Whataburger is right around the corner and they do not make you wait 25 min for a cold poorly served breakfast burrito.

    I am truly disgusted and disappointed with chick-fil-a 6635. My family and I walked in around 940pm for dine-in. After we placed our order, within 10 minutes the young man returned to our table and began to inform us that part of our orders were no longer available. Once we received our orders we began to eat, and the young man returned to our table and told us that we need to leave because they close at 10pm (basically kicked us out). We arrived & placed our orders before 10pm and never once was informed that we could not eat inside the restaurant. My family have been faithful customers and I have never felt more disrespected than tonight. We asked to speak to a manager, Maria Kelly and she told us that it is a liability to have anyone in the store after 10. This is the worst customer experience we've had at this location or any Chick-fil-A ever.

    The fruit cups keep getting more bland. Your app display photos show blueberries and yet our cups continuously have apples, strawberries, and 1 orange slice. This is disappointing. Also to the young lady working the drive thru some mornings, I’ve never met a rude CFA employee until you.. smile some. It’ll be okay.

    First of all they need to train their employees how to take orders and second they need to change this manager who don’t know how to talk to customer who have no manners how to speak to customers she hang up phone on my face when I called I order egg and cheeses biscuits and they gave me chicken biscuits I even told the person who was taking order habits egg and cheese biscuits still they gave me wrong order and I went back and this manager the black lady took order again and again they make wrong order they only put chesse and biscuit and the hash brown was cold as hell I would like chick-fil-a to take action on this matter this happen with me 4 th time and I always let it go and today this manage NAT hang up on my face and I have to ask her for my money the difference she was keeping that also their was no apology or anything instead she was yelling and misbehaving she needs to be fire from this position.
