  This Chick-fil-A location is constantly messing up orders. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that hasn’t been on point until this one. Over the past two months, I’ve visited several times in the evenings, and they consistently forget items in my bag. Today, I stopped by to redeem my free Nurses Week sandwich and was still charged for it. At that point, it wasn’t even worth arguing about, so I just paid and left. There seems to be a clear lack of training and competency with some of the staff. The wait times are always long, and in the afternoons the employees often seem unhappy or uninterested in being there. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had enough with this location. I’d rather go out of my way and drive to the Cinco Ranch location instead.

  I ordered a kids meal with an ice cream cup and specifically asked for a spoon. Sat in line longer than usual got my food and went to finish my lunch break, only have a few minutes left. I check the bag and they didn’t give me the sauces I asked for (kind of annoying but whatever) or the spoon for my ice cream. The spoon is listed on the receipt. Well I don’t have access to a spoon, I have 5 minutes left to eat for my break, and don’t have enough time to go back and get one. So I have no way to eat the ice cream and i have to throw it away because no spoon. I called the store explained the situation and they said we can’t help you because technically no food was left out. I only asked for a discount or a coupon, not even a free meal, and the girl I talked to and the manager both said no we are not doing anything. I explained the situation again and the girl said “well what do you want me to do about it?” Condescendingly. I explained I can’t eat because you all left it out. Money is super tight for everyone and I just wasted money on something I couldn’t eat, and wouldn’t be able to eat again for another 8 hours. Even when I worked at papa John’s we would give coupons for missing sauces for little stuff, and chick fil a can’t? Being rude and condescending for something they left out. It’s on the receipt. It’s like giving no fork for a salad or no spoon for a soup. Won’t be coming back, can’t believe I payed for something I couldn’t eat because they messed up and were rude about it. I have never called a food place before and complained. First time leaving a review for one too. Just to add, this chick fil a consistently has rude employees too. Not even saying that because of this situation, but they regularly won’t make eye contact, don’t say you’re welcome when being told thank you, are short with you and act a certain way like you are an inconvenience. But I never really care, but it’s when you mess with my money and are rude about it is when it’s too far. Just to clarify, I explained the situation several times very clearly and they know exactly what had happened. No miscommunication
