  This location needs to be closed down so people don’t assume all Charleys Philly Steaks locations operate the same way. They refuse to honor promotions or coupons listed on their website, even though other locations do. The staff is unprofessional, and unlike other locations I’ve visited, they do not prepare your order the way you request. This Morton Ranch location provides a very disappointing experience.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location on Mother’s Day. The staff was very unprofessional, and the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. What should have been a pleasant day turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience because of the poor customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer at the Katy Mills and Walmart Marketplace locations for a long time and have never had any complaints there. Unfortunately, this location has consistently provided the worst service I’ve experienced. I’ve visited three separate times hoping things would improve, but each visit has been disappointing. After this last experience, I will never return to this location again. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially on special occasions like Mother’s Day.

  Preordered my food expecting it to be ready once I arrived. Unfortunately when I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The topper was the sandwiches were dry with no condiments. If you have hours to wait on your food and like dry sandwiches , well then this place is for you.
