  Love Cava! Always such a good experience and great food! But i'm specifically writing this one today to shout out Melanie. She was super helpful and kind. I had a massive order for my office during lunch hour and she took the time to offer to carry it to my car for me bc she saw my hands were full. So glad to see that there's still good people in the world. Thank you.

  First of all I couldn’t even tell this place was open when I parked. I Thought it was shut down until I saw some people come out. There’s no warmth or open sign. The food was cold. My falafel was so salty. The drinks were nasty. And the place looked dirty and it stunk so bad inside. Idk what’s going on here I haven’t been this location in about two years and it has gome down hill so bad. The drinks had no flavor and tasted old

  Jocelyn was so amazing. CAVA was amazing. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the service made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite places, and I’ll be coming back soon! Highly recommend!

  My experience at CAVA in Cinco Ranch was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, and everything was prepared perfectly. The entire experience was even better thanks to Jocelyn, who was genuinely the kindest person ever. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and she made sure everything was great. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out and made my visit special. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back to this CAVA, and Jocelyn deserves all the recognition!

  This staff during the evening time has the worst attitude. They are unorganized and absolutely disgusting. They’ll close and stop cooking hours before closing. They do not acknowledge that there are people in the establishment. This is who you hire to be the face of your business? I personally love cava and spend way too much money to be treated so poorly. NEVER COMING BACK! GO SPEND YOUR 20$ somewhere else.
