  The service is 10/10 they served me with kindness and love. I hope everyone working here doesnt have to deal with anything bad. The food is made with love and care. This cava is wonderful and im coming here EVERYDAY. Thanks to melanie and the staff im coming here forever.

  Arrived as they opened and the food was fresh off of the grill, noteworthy experience, highly recommended. The staff was very kind, the meal was delicious, and the cost was manageable. Spent under $20.00 for the bowl, pita chips, and a drink.

  Corporate needs to personally visit this location ( dressed undercover ) and witness how their employees treat customers. They act like you’re bothering them and like you shouldn’t be there. The whole night shift crew has the nastiest attitude and they’ll tell you that they’re out of things 2 hours before closing so they don’t have to make more. I will never return to this location and the sad thing is I live closer to this location but I will rather drive to the location in Richmond on west Bellfort. The staff there is amazing. If you want great service and respect DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  Staff purposely under serves you portions and then upcharges you for the correct portion. Specifically, asked for the dressing on side. She puts less than half the container and when I ask for the correct amount, she upvharges for a nother container and fills that container appropriately. Every other CAVA serves the reasonable size. Then their chicken is hard and charred. The staff insults you when you ask basic questions. I will NOT recommend this CAVA nor will I or my tribe go to this CAVA. They see the customer as the enemy.

  I’ve been a frequent customer at CAVA, and it’s honestly disappointing to have to write this. I spend money here regularly, but the service in the afternoons is unacceptable. There are two employees who consistently have a very rude attitude—they give you dirty looks, prepare the food carelessly, and don’t even serve proper portions. It feels like you’re bothering them just for ordering what you’re paying for. What happened during my last visit was even worse: I found lettuce in my bowl that was clearly spoiled, almost rotten. At that point, it’s no longer just bad service, it’s a serious issue with food quality and freshness. It’s unacceptable to spend this much money and have experiences like this. Management needs to address both the staff’s behavior and the freshness of the food immediately. This really makes me not want to come back.
