We had a great first experience at Carabinas, and our waiter Atticus made it even better. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect and created a welcoming atmosphere for us. Thank you, Atticus, for the wonderful dining experience!
Maxwell at Carraba’s was fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated throughout, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. His attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I’d definitely recommend Maxwell to anyone looking for a reliable and easy experience at Carraba’s.

In all honesty, I am giving this rating because my experience is usually 5-stars across the board. Tonight was not that 5-star experience. Never got a drink refill, the filet was about as thick as a sirloin, had to ask for Parmesan, had to ask for utensils, etc. Atticus, our server, was great, but it felt like he wasn’t getting the support he needed from the rest of the staff. Still highly recommend the place, as this was definitely a one-off experience.

After attending a Wine Dinner, I’m convinced Carrabba’s offers a well-rounded dining experience that keeps you coming back. The food is always fresh, rich in flavor, and prepared with attention to detail. The service is warm and attentive, with a team that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is comfortable yet refined, making it ideal for both a casual night out and a more special occasion. It’s a place where great food and genuine hospitality come together effortlessly.

I am sharing my experience with my most recent order through DoorDash. The restaurant CHOSE to substitute mash potatoes out for broccoli not knowing I have a broccoli allergy and did not even bother to contact me directly. Once my dasher arrived they did inform and stated that there was no other option for a side because they were closing there kitchen even though they were able to make the side if needed. Ppl need to understand if you establishment closes at 10pm and you choose to continue taking orders before closing this means you have to accommodate doesn’t matter if someone orders at 9:45pm your establishment doesn’t close until 10pm. Make the decision to stop taking orders at a certain time or accommodate the customer instead of taking customers money and doing what you want to do very unprofessional

This issue was resolved very QUICKLY, the owner reached out immediately after receiving my concerns. This does show they do care about their customers and I appreciate the extra mile he took to make sure the issue was resolved.
