- AGAdrian Gonzales4 days ago1.0Came here after a night out with my wife and daughter on 5/16/26. There was an employee who was in the process of making somebody’s order that proceeded to pick his nose. The employee continue to work on somebody else’s order after picking his nose and even acknowledged what he did after we asked him. It wasn’t until then that he said that he was going to wash his hands. THAT’S VERY UNACCEPTABLE. We ended up leaving and just going to the store to buy our own ice cream

They were friendly and knowledgeable about the flavors, and they even let me sample one to help me decide, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was clean and the employees were welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable. The only thing I noticed was water coming out from underneath the counter on the left side. I’m not sure if it’s related to the ice cream refrigeration or something else, but it might be something the staff would want to check. Other than that, the service was great.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
