Bad experience, very bad attention, the two people refused to attend in Spanish to some people who arrived, unfortunately they could not speak in English. 08/26/2026

I am disappointed with the experience I had at this Baskin-Robbins location. The issues I observed appear to be operational and leadership-related rather than isolated employee mistakes. This location would benefit from a stronger leadership team that emphasizes customer service, professionalism, accountability, and proper training. During my visit, employees appeared to struggle with basic transactions and routine store operations. At one point, an employee was unable to scoop ice cream without assistance, which suggests that additional training may be needed. When I asked if someone could check the back for a pre-packaged ice cream item, my request was met with visible frustration instead of a courteous willingness to help. Customer service should be a priority, and interactions like this leave customers feeling unwelcome. I was also concerned by the inappropriate personal conversations taking place among employees while customers, including children, were present. There is a difference between casual workplace conversation and discussions that are not appropriate for a public, customer-facing environment. As both a parent and a manager, I found this unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards I would expect from the Baskin-Robbins brand. From an operational standpoint, this store would benefit from retraining in customer service, product knowledge, professionalism, and floor supervision. A stronger and more engaged shift leader or manager could help improve accountability and ensure employees are meeting brand expectations. If these observations are representative of the store's day-to-day operations rather than an isolated incident, I encourage the franchise owner and district leadership to evaluate whether the location is consistently meeting Baskin-Robbins' standards for customer service, employee conduct, and operational excellence. Addressing these concerns would improve the customer experience and better reflect the reputation of the Baskin-Robbins brand.

I posted this review for the DD at the same location, so I'm absolutely going to provide it for the Baskin-Robbins section as I'm sure the manager is the same person (and if it's not the same person...tough). I've been a DD rewards member for years, and I've seen this location being built. I guess I could be considered a regular as it has been a part of my commute since it opened. That being said, I hope the manager (I guess his name is Eduardo per other comments) reads this and pats himself on the back: He is the ONLY DD employee I've EVER raised my voice and sworn at across multiple states. Per Eduardo, I'm not allowed to return to this location because I swore at him "for no reason," which is hilarious. He didn't know who I was when I swore at him over the phone yesterday despite telling him my name, what I order every morning (through the mobile app) before I go to work, and that I LITERALLY just left there, but he was SOMEHOW able to remember me when I returned around the same time this morning to order the same thing (once again, through the mobile app). Top tier customer service, everyone! Anyway, I called corporate on my way to work after I was "banished." (1) The app lets you resubmit past orders without alerting you that a previously selected option is currently unavailable. This isn't a problem if you're starting a new order from scratch or if you selected a previous order and planned to change the options for an item because the app won't let you add/update the item with unavailable options. (2) Corporate said this is HIS fault because managers are responsible for updating the app for their location. (3) He should have been able to tell me that the item wasn't in stock when I told him what I usually order instead of blaming the receipt for not having the item on it. (4) The menu item REQUIRES a selection for the option before it can be added to your order, so it should've been a red flag to anyone who knows their menu and is, once again, responsible for updating the app, that an option wasn't on the receipt. (5) The item I got the 3rd time is not offered as an option for the menu item I ordered; it belongs to a CHEAPER MENU ITEM, and I DOUBT that was a mistake on his part. As much as I love that corporate sided with me over the phone, I genuinely hope they address this concern with the location and either convince Eduardo to get it together or pack him up entirely. As I tried telling him this morning but didn't get to due to him having this great habit of talking over people, I can see this becoming an issue down the line if he doesn't fix it. The fact that I didn't swear at him this morning despite him constantly cutting me off while talking shows a level of restraint I have that others may not have if they're in the same situation. I hope the sweet young lady who works there now (she knows who she is) gets a better job elsewhere.
