  This Taco Bell is one of the slowest and most poorly managed locations I’ve dealt with as a DoorDash/Uber Eats driver. I almost waited an entire hour for two small $8 orders, which is completely unreasonable. During that time, I personally witnessed around 10 different customers and delivery drivers walk out because they stood at the counter for 30+ minutes without ever being properly helped. The entire front counter area was chaos the whole time. What made the experience even worse was having to repeatedly tell the same red-haired employee the names on my two orders FOUR separate times, spaced roughly 10 minutes apart each time, because the orders still were not being handled correctly. The employee appeared extremely disoriented and unorganized, and there seemed to be little to no communication happening between staff members. The restaurant itself was also filthy. There was trash and food scattered all over the floors, making the inside look neglected and unsanitary. On top of all of that, mobile and delivery orders are kept hidden behind the counter near the drive-thru window instead of being placed on the pickup rack where drivers can quickly identify and grab them. If management simply used the mobile pickup stand properly, drivers could get in and out faster, customers would get their food sooner, and employees would stop getting constantly interrupted by people asking where their orders are. This location seriously needs improvements in management, staffing, cleanliness, organization, and customer service.

  I used to come here all the time. But it’s gone so down hill. Tonight I asked for extra hot sauce. The dark haired girl had so much attitude and said “I’ll give you as much as I’m allowed”.. I said I’d pay extra and she said they don’t do that. She was so rude. Any Taco Bell I’ve ever gone to will give you BAGS of sauce. I can’t get more than 5 when I ordered 7 items?!? I really hope they get their shit together

  order at kiosk to eliminate bothering them while they work . ask for 6 hotsauces and 2 dipping sauces with my chicken. get home zero sauces in my bag then they wonder why customers go to the counter instead of those kiosk

  I come to this Taco Bell all the time, and I’ve gotta give a shoutout to Malakhi. That kid is hands down one of the best workers I’ve ever seen at any Taco Bell, and I go a lot. Every single time I come through, my order is right, the food is fresh, and the service is fast. He’s always on top of it, stays professional, and you can tell he actually cares about doing a good job—which is rare these days. Honestly, I mainly come to this location because I know Malakhi is going to take care of me. He’s hardworking, respectful, and consistent every time. Management—if you’re reading this, you’ve got a solid employee right there. He deserves recognition.
