  They are always leaving stuff off of your order. If I get a Powerball and I ask for extra steak they leave off the chicken every single time and half the time they leave the avocado ranch out. If I get a cantina chicken burrito they leave the avocado ranch out and it's dry and bland and then when you pick up your order in the Drive-Thru and you ask them if they added steak and left your chicken on there they will tell you yes repeatedly but then you will find out it's not on there. When you go back inside to tell them they act like you did something wrong. This is one of the worst locations for customer service. Don't get me wrong the guy at the window was nice this time but everybody else was not and they also charge more for their food than other Taco Bells. One thing I don't understand about Taco Bell, if you take rice off of your meal which is one of the main Staples and you add for instance extra cabbage they will charge you for that extra cabbage but they don't give you a discount for taking the rice off. If they're going to charge to add extra then they need to give you discount for removing food. When I went in to tell them about my food being wrong one of the other customers told me it's always something and I agreed.

  Really annoying when, according to the website of the specific location, the lobby is supposed to be open until 2 AM, TWO, yet they lock the doors by 12:30. Sooo unprofessional and i know the employees are being lazy and closing early purposefully.

  10/10 customer service. I used the app 2 days prior and I used the delivery option in order to utilize my free delivery points. I received the wrong order completely wrong order. Diffrent person name on order and everthing. I called this location and they said we will make it for you as long as you got a online recipt. No questions asked so. Love it i hope to see more of this at other establishments. Not just taco bell

  We will no longer eat at any Taco Bell anywhere, inside or drive thru, as long as they have the kiosk ordering and that is the only option. This has been every Taco Bell that we've recently visited. I hope all others will do the same, require actual customer service, and dine somewhere else until Taco Bell shows that they actually care about their customers. I do not work here and refuse to relearn their kiosk to order each and every time. A simple decision will be to go elsewhere.
