Outstanding Crew at Pizza Hut in Justin! I want to take a moment to recognize the crew working tonight, September 11, 2026, around 6:30 PM. I don’t know their names, so I’m including the date and time in hopes that management can identify and recognize this team. The restaurant was massively busy. There were about nine people waiting, they were dealing with issues with the online ordering system, and there were clearly several challenges happening all at once. Despite all of that, I watched this crew remain polite, patient, professional, and respectful with every customer. They worked through each issue one at a time, continued communicating with customers, and never let the pressure of the situation change the way they treated people. That really stood out to me. Because of the way they handled everything, I decided that instead of leaving, I was going to wait it out and dine in. That says a lot about the impression they made. It’s easy to notice when things go wrong, but I believe it’s just as important to recognize people who handle difficult situations the right way. Bravo to this entire team! 👏👏👏 Management — please recognize the crew working tonight around 6:30 PM on September 11, 2026. Whatever challenges they were facing, they handled themselves with professionalism and grace. WELL DONE!! You have a great team! ❤️🍕
