Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We got the bottom of the biscuits on both orders and they were so hard you couldn’t cut them with a knife and they were so hard you couldn’t hardly eat them. When I order biscuits and gravy, I expect to get the whole biscuit, not the cull bottoms left from the day before.
- EEESep 11, 20261.0I ordered two Bacon Wrangler doubles since we got them last weekend and they were great. However, they were awful this time. I was charged for extra sauce without getting extra sauce, the burgers were burnt, and I ordered grilled onions that barely made it on the burger. I know, complaining about fast food, right? Except what I paid was not fast food price and instead it was what it cost for me and my partner to eat at Chili's and/or Applebee's. I paid $31.80 for something that's nearly inedible! I got about 3 bites in until I just couldn't eat it anymore due to it being burned and extremely dry. My boyfriends was the same exact way except he didn't get grilled onions or extra sauce like I did. He didn't even finish half of it which is uncommon for him with the exception of the food being really bad. Not to mention how they refused to answer the phone when I called. This food was completely unacceptable, especially for that much money and I deserve a refund. Don't even get me started on the slimy disgusting unsalted fries they served 🤢
