  Aug 19th. About 1pm. The employees name started with a J.She told me her name but my old brain forgot it. She was so polite and so sweet..Made an extra trip and did it very willing. Great server. First time I have ate here. The food was excellent. That's the best Sonic burger I've had in awhile. And it helped the server was so pleasant

  I WILL BE HAVING A SUPER SONIC DAY!!! Never had so much fun and smiled throughout taking an order and I am 37 years old!!! The personality, friendliness and cheer I recieved was AWESOME and made my day. Then the man who delivered my food … did so with a smile. Thank you Angie for the super sonic attitude and service and Kaleb for the smiles!!!! Will probably drive from Cleburne to Joshua every time now just to come here. OH!! AND SHE JUST BROUGHT MY DAIGHTER I STICKER. I love this place.

  Thank you to Zee and her team for handling their card payment issue this evening with professionalism. It was really busy and she, along with the other employees, were patient and super friendly with me. This energy is what keeps me coming to Sonic!

  I went to this location and had a pretty disappointing experience. It took about 10 minutes before anyone even took my order, and when they finally did, the employee was rude and acted like they wanted me to hurry up the whole time. After ordering, I waited around 20 minutes for my food. What surprised me was that there was only one other car there besides me, so that wait time seemed excessive for a fast-food restaurant that wasn’t busy. When the employee went up to my window they were still rude and basically ignored anything I said and to be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were high from the way they were acting. Their eyes were bloodshot red, they were mumbling while speaking, and they seemed very unprofessional. They also looked underage, which didn’t leave a great impression of the establishment. Overall, the service was poor from start to finish. I hope management looks into this and works on improving the customer experience.👍
