  They left us sitting for 20 minutes to get stale bread, chicken strips cooked in old oil, cold chewy fries, and still had to go back in to get my Dr pepper float because I tried to tell the guy who brought it out he forgot it but he literally turned around and ignored me. The old bitty at the register just stands around and sends the kids working in the kitchen or wearing headsets out so she doesn't have to work. Sending someone into a parking lot with vehicles that can't hear, allegedly, is dangerous.

  Ordered a 6 pc chicken strip basket combo...more like a chicken nugget size strips...very disappointed do better jefferson dairy queen

  HAZARD!!!!!!!!Did a mobile order pick up… said be ready at 8:15……. Here I am 8:40 waiting for my food. I’m on my lunch break and would leave but I already paid for it. What a joke. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.

  While the food tastes good, the amount of racism at this store is absolutely astonishing! My husband and I stopped in on our way down to MD Anderson and ordered our food and attempted to make small talk and was met with a coldness I couldn't place my finger on. I brushed it off. The manager that day was a white female so service itself was normal. We stopped in again on the way home. After standing in line behind 2 other people, and the manager ringing up the 2 other people... when we got to the register I smiled and said hi. She looked right at me, turned to her workers and said, I need to be getting back there. She went to the kitchen to "help make food" and decide which food was more importand to make first. The same ladies from the other day were there and were COLD AS ICE and straight up rude, going as far as to ignore us and make us just stand there at the counter for over 8 mins while they made sure food got out to favorites in the restaurant, in the drive through. Only when everyone else had EVERYTHING they needed did they turn to us and say, oh... did you want to order something? They knew we did. We had walked in, stood in line and they had served the ones in front of us!!!!!! I simply smiled, said, "Yes pls" and ordered, because frankly I'm too tired to care at this point. I just wanted my taco salad so we can get home. I am working as a chief judge for the elections and still have 2 hours to drive! We placed the order for a taco salad and stand there.... and stand there... and stand there.... someone else comes in and orders. Gets his order and leaves. Another person comes in, gets his order and leaves. Btw. Both ordered meals. Finally a couple that is not of the same race as my husband and I (same as the restaurant workers and manager) orders, gets hers, then says.... that white girl looks big mad. I was in pain from my back hurting from standing for over 15 mins at this point, and yes... starting to get a little aggravated, but not 'big mad' 🙄 and the manager runs into the kitchen. This is when I notice that she JUST starts making my taco salad!! Wth?!?! When all was said and done, I ordered at 7:27pm and didn't get the taco salad until 7:44pm. That's ridiculous. I will never return to this location. ***** I notice it's been 2 months and Dairy Queen has responded to all these other entries but not mine. Hmmm 🤔

  There was a special for 4 piece chicken tender basket; regular or spicy. $6.99. I ordered two of the spicy as did my aunt. We were charged $10.69 because we ordered a small drink and an additional.50 for the medium drink. $6.99 + small drink should be additional $2.19. When questioned we were told they rang it up the way they were supposed to and our receipt is correct. We have been eating at this location since 1983. Is this the new math.
