  I don’t leave reviews like this very often, but the Whataburger in Jasper deserves some recognition. My daughter and I come here a lot, so I know what I’m seeing isn’t just one unusually good day. The employees and management here are consistently outstanding. They genuinely seem to care about their customers, and there’s a positive, lighthearted atmosphere every time we come in. The staff are laughing, smiling, joking with each other and customers, while still getting the job done. It feels genuine—not like people are being told to act friendly because it’s part of the job. Good management shows through the people working for you, and whatever this management team is doing, they’re doing it right. My daughter likes coming here because she prefers the food, and I enjoy coming because of the people. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, this location really stands out. The employees and management at the Jasper Whataburger deserve an award—or at the very least some serious recognition from corporate. This isn’t based on one visit. We’ve been here many times, and the positive attitude and great service are remarkably consistent. Keep doing what you’re doing, Jasper Whataburger. People notice.

  I've lived in the Newton jasper area for a year now and have came to the jasper whataburger several times and has always been great service. I always order the patty melt and it's always Excellent. But today OMG whoever was cooking and making the burgers today, I could give u a hug 🫂 🤗 today the patty melt was by far the best one I've had thank u. The amount of sauce and how juicy every bite was was just absolutely amazing. Keep up the great work. 👍
