  Need a whole new staff! Pulled up was the only car in drive through still had to wait 25 minutes for one mean. Kitchen had 10 people no customers and still took forever. Lady taking orders can’t hear either asked for sweet tea got un sweet had to yell I want ranch because somehow all she heard was mayo also made me wait 10 minutes to order again drive through was empty and well over staffed

  5 stars, but honestly, in 2 years of living in Texas and eating at at least 6-7 seperate Whataburger restaurants, this was the first time my cheese was not melted, burger not hot, barely warm honestly. It still tasted good, but a bit dissatisfied with how much food costs these days, time of prep is not as important as freshness. It's a burger, it takes a few minutes to cook. Anyone pressing time, within reason, is not concerned. I love Whataburger, this was the only time I've even questioned my order. And with the Cobb salad the mrs. orders almost everytime since the 3rd or 4th visit to a Whataburger, the fried chicken was barely warm. And the way it was sliced, it was still one piece with "slice" marks more less. If it's sharpening the knife, or taking 6-7 more seconds to cut it up completely would be great. The fries were great, the salad was fresh otherwise. The Dr. PEPPER was on point. The dining area was clean and comfortable as well. Both bathrooms were clean as well. I for one am willing to wait a few more minutes for fresh prepared burgers and fried chicken patty as well. I know Whataburger is quality food, I accept it, over some "MikkyD's" throw together "kept warm" food. You've got a fan for life Whataburger, for sure. This location has plenty of parking and a "double" drive thru as well. Speed of order is great, but fine balance of speed, while delivering quality is what... WHATABURGER is to many!

  Takes forever to get your food there is 3 cars and it is taking over 15 minutes to get 1 cars food out i will not ever be coming to this whataburger ever again

  Usually hit and miss, but mostly miss. Eat here regularly as in every weekend. 99% of the time my food is messed up somehow.
