  Employees are lazy, rude and food is always incorrect. Last 4 times it has taken over 40 minutes to get food just for it to be wrong.. something is always out of service including most of their stalls.. place is complete garbage!!

She is friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. We need more people like ReAnna in every area of customer service. Her positive attitude and dedication really make a difference. Sonic in Jasper is incredibly lucky to have her on their team! Thank you, ReAnna, for making every visit such a great experience! 💕

  I appreciate that they made sure to double check with me even at the window to ensure they heard the right order. I had screaming kids in the car that im sure made it a bit difficult.

  Poor customer service. They get your order wrong and their excuse is I'm not the one who rang it up and close the window in my face, but never offered to correct it. Pathetic
