I just wanna say this Taco Bell in Jarrell is absolutely outstanding, funny, caring, and hard-working! A bunch of great individuals working there this evening at 7 o’clock pm. Thank you to Mariah as well for being so charismatic and sweet! Everything was delicious and correct first time ! Definitely recommend!
Hey there just wanted too say food was amazing made by Mariah she always has the best customer service and always willing too go her way for other nice work get her a raise !

Probably my first disappointed review, and it goes to this Taco Bell. No issues with food but horrible dine in service. Made us wait over 20 minutes, 30 minutes for other patrons, because this restaurant prioritizes drive thru customers. I asked for a refund and at this the worker said he was not able to refund. But he dedicated himself to take care of all the dine in patrons while the other six workers handled the drive thru. He stepped up but their policy is lacking. Better to put sign saying "dine in section closed"

I want to start off by saying thank you to Chris who worked the window, and for the rest of the time that I've sat there for 35 to 40 minutes waiting on $7 boxes of food, I can't say it was the best experience there were so slow and it really shouldn't have taken that long to get the food that we had ordered I don't know who the assistant manager is or the manager but they definitely need to put more people on the schedule so they can handle the load they had there was five cars behind me. But thank you Chris for being such a nice young man but unfortunately. It will be a long time before I go back!
Worst possible service ever. Ordered nachos grande got some sort of chicken, black beans, Spanish rice and lettuce meal. Not a single chip in bowl. They ran out of napkins and threw in a couple of ripped up, crumbled up paper towels. Also ordered two tacos and both were cold. This is not first time we’ve been served terrible meals. How do you possibly stay in business? The person taking order at window could not even speak English. Called to speak with manager and of course she is not available. Told them I was gonna file a complaint with corporate office. We don’t deserve this bad treatment.
