I don't eat here but my son likes it. I went through the drive thru and I was the only vehicle in the line. I didn't quite understand if the young lady said 1st window so I pulled up to first window after ordering. Im in a big truck and yiu can't miss me and I waited for the young lady to look at me at the very least to see if I was at correct window and she was looking at her computer screen with head down and I waited another minute so I pulled to the 1st pick up window, the employee there said I had to pay at other window,so I then try backing up and another vehicle was coming. I then pulled up to the pick up window again and asked if they could run the card over there to the drive thru lady and I said the young lady on drive thru needs to look up from computer to acknowledge a customer is there and before I could finish simply stating that we just at the least need to see that we are acknowledged a taller heavier female employee spouted off " well she also taking orders too" and yes she was rude and sarcastic. The smaller female at the pickup window with glasses was professional and sweet. I asked to speak to the manager and I told her that I didn't even get to finish constructively giving what should be a known interaction scenario in ANY type restaurant or store scenario before that young heavier female rudely interjected herself into the conversation. Manager was kind as well and said she would talk to that young lady. I hope she does. What is happening in this world today where you can't politely tell an employee " hey just give a little eye contact and lemme know that you see me"? I don't mind having to wait on anything at all, but if you dont look up at all then I am thinking maybe Im in the wrong line or window. I dont know what her generation was but I am X and she is blessed that I have JESUS in my heart because that would have set me off and I would not have been as kind or respectful. There are alot of young adults and teens that can't take pointers, constructive criticism or just plain truth now days with out being so butt hurt and full of excuses it is getting ridiculous. Also if I was being rude to anyone I would be the first to apologize and also if I am in the wrong I would correct it quickly. I hope that young lady sees this, and if you're reading this young lady,I hope you start to listen before speaking and if you dont you are gonna have a tough go at life in general.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I've been to. They act like it's an inconvenience to serve people. If you don't like your job then find a new one! The orders are usually wrong! I will drive 15 more minutes to go to the one in Georgetown than deal with this place again.

Bathroom sink requires hands to be 1/4" below faucet - no lie. Ridiculous! Think employees wash hands in that?! Doubtful or they'd have changed it before now. Disgusting. No-go. EDIT: IF they took this seriously they would do somethinh about it without asking me to do more
