I went about 2 weeks ago and got food for me and my boyfriend and ordered a sprite and a Dr. Pepper. When I got my drinks the older lady who doesn’t speak too good of English handed me a tea, and I told her it wasn’t mine and got my correct drink then watched her hand the same tea I had helped in my hand and touched the lid of to the car behind me. Then I just went tonight and ordered a sprite berry blast and their mango refresher and when she handed it to me I was given the mango one and and a strawberry refresher and when I told her it was supposed to be a sprite berry blast she told me it wasn’t and that it says strawberry refresher on the screen and I told her that’s not what I ordered and she told me that it wasn’t her fault and that she already made the strawberry one and I eventually got her to make my correct drink but it’s still aggravating that the past 2 times I have gone yall messed up my drink order. It shouldn’t be this complicated and it was the same lady on drive through both times.

I've used the drive-thru 5 or 6 times for breakfast and lunch, and this crew nails it every time, everything is accurate, hot, and fresh.

You can’t get a refund on anything, instead they offer you food or other food options. Then not only did home dude in the drive through window Roll his damn eyes at me. When he went and brought a manager over. She as well, rolled her eyes and refused a $2 refund. Always Terrible cold food. Always Awful service. ZERO stars if possible and I’ll be calling higher up. Literally the worst treatment and worst McDonalds. Get it together.

Avoid this McDonalds at all cost. They screw up every other order. They’ll short your food or give you the wrong item almost every time. Been ordering here for years and nothing has changed… worst service than ever before!!! Complaining to corporate next. We will see if they care.

There’s no way that someone who man’s the fries are accidentally putting a deadly amount of salt on the fries all the time like that, I suspect it’s intentional. But, the real way it should be done if the franchise of McDonald’s hasn’t enlightened and explained and required their employees to do this, is this, who ever is manning the fry area, that person, one day has to take the time out to do this and yes, it does require you waste some batches of fries in the process but has to be done to put a safe and non deadly amount of salt on the fries your serving to all customers, so all you do is take the fries and fill up that square metal area with fries until it’s full to its normal amount of fries it requires to make it full then take a measuring set and first try 1/3 cup of salt and then add the salt to those fries and taste to see if the fries are perfect and taste good without being a deadly amount of salt then if that amount of salt to those amounts of fries works, write that measurement down and always use that exact measurement of salt each time you fill that square metal area with fries and keep measuring and trying different measurements and throwing away the batches of fries until you figure out the exact safe measurement. Next, try 1/2 cup of salt or start with a lower measurement like 4 tablespoons of salt until you figure out the right safe measurement.
