  Closing shift June 26th 2026 did an outstanding job making sure the food was fresh even when coming near closing time. Thank you I appreciate it this shift deserves a 3% raise for each member.

  The food was okay, it tasted like it was kind of old and my husbands 6pc chicken strip was only 5pcs. The big thing that made me give it a 1 star is the ladies in the drive through. They were rude and when I thanked one of them, she just said “uh huh” in a very horrible tone and didn’t even look at me. She shoved everything to me instead of handing it to me and acted rushed. I mean, there was a little line, but at least acknowledge the person you’re shoving food at. Because of them acting rushed, I had my husband check our order and we was missing my daughters food. I went back inside and let the lady at the front counter know. She went to the back and let the lady that gave us the food know and she marched up there calling me a liar and saying she gave me everything I ordered. I showed her the bag she handed me and told her this was all I received and since she didn’t even offer to give me a receipt, I didn’t have proof of purchase. She was extremely rude and I don’t feel she should be working customer service. They eventually fixed my order and by the time I got back out to the car, the blizzard I ordered was melted so I just trashed it. I use to visit this location a lot before I moved years ago and I’m sorry to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Word of advice, customer service should always be amazing, no matter the type of day you’re having. I work customer service and I would NEVER act that way toward any of my customers. Please hire people that are more customer service friendly and that doesn’t just call a customer a liar.

  My sister and I went at 10:15 PM on a Wednesday. While their store says they close at 11 PM, they shut off all of the lights and refused to answer the drive thru window at 10:20 PM. Very disappointing.

  I went Saturday on a trip and stopped at Dairy Queen at 2:30 May 16, I couldn't believe how wonderful we were treated, the food was awesome. To the ladies working here THANK YOU
