  Was passing thru Jacksonville abt a week ago with my daughter's and stopped at this Dairy Queen. We dined in. My little girl had went to the counter and purchased 2 extra cups of gravy, came back to the table, opened 1 of the gravy containers and dipped her fry in it, pulled it out, and when she did, you could clearly see a hair clumped up in the gravy, on her fry. There was an employee coming from the restroom while this was going on, so I asked her to come to our table and showed her the hair, she said she'd go get help. A man then comes to the table, stated he's the manger. I show him the hair, at this point we done took it off the fry and placed it on the screen of my cell phone so we didn't lose it. The man is looking me and my daughter's up and down, then says he was who fixed our food and there's nothing but black ppl in the kitchen, so that hair couldn't have came from their kitchen (none of this was true though, because we clearly seen white ppl working in the kitchen while we was ordering our food)..then said so let me guess, you want some free food now huh?!? I told him no I didn't, but by then, I'm mad because he's insinuating that we put the hair in the food. He walked back to the kitchen. My little girl had a coupon on her kids meal for a ice cream cone, so we throw everything away, clean up our table, then go to the counter to get the cone & while I'm up there, I point out that there is SEVERAL employees that are working in and around the kitchen, that the hair could have came from. The manager guy comes out from the back, started walking aggressively towards me and is telling me it's not his fault that "Us ppl shed and gets our hair all in the food" and that he stands on that. He was very loud and clear with his statement to me, in the middle of the dining area, while other customers where there!! My daughter's and I left and I've tried getting someone above the manger, to reach out to me about this, but my request have been ignored. That is why I'm coming here with my personal experience. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS WHATSOEVER! The manager should have thrown the gravy in question out and made a fresh batch instead of doing all that he did! I am not a scammer, nor a liar. I don't need to place hair in food to get free food...I don't even need free food! Futher more, the hair was a short, straight, light brown hair, my daughter who had the gravy, is mixed!! She has very curly, long, that is reddish brown. Instead, he chose to be racist towards my other daughter and I and blame us. He doesn't need to be a manger, because the way he handled this situation, was EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE! **Not to mention, there is cameras inside this restaurant. Y'all could have easily reviewed the footage and seen exactly what happened and that we didn't do anything! Instead, you chose to ignore a customer that was handled poorly by your racist manager**

  The worst experience in my life, one of the workers with two cornrows made me feel so unwelcome her demeanor was definitely on that timing, I had to drive off . I have my life to think about and I just don’t get down like that . 0/10 and the food is hard half the time anyway .

  We were sitting where you could see what the employees were doing. An employee name to to (unknown real name) was loading cups in overhead dispenser back by the drive thru window and a cup fell in the floor. She picked it up and put in the overhead dispenser. Can only imagine was else gets mishandled at this location. Alot of horseplay going on behind the half wall behind the cashiers station. The older skinny lady at the cashiers station is awesome.
