I stop at a 7 Brew almost daily and this location is by far the worst I have stopped at. Unfriendly person today had zero greeting and just grabbed the iPad and waited for my number. Zero interaction just a dead stare from under her hoodie. She was immediately txting on her cell phone as soon as she took my payment. Will avoid this location from now on.

Staff in the morning is always friendly. They always get our order right. They greeted us directly, asked if they wanted our usuals. We are regulars and they give us the small town vibes we love about Jacksonville, with the efficiency of a metro city. We love our 7 brew staff and think it’s one of the most successful businesses to hit Jacksonville.

The you g man helping me. He was kind, smiling, talkative. He didn't make me feel rushed to hurry up and order and did not get mad when I asked several questions. He was amazing.

Everything about this location is bad. The service is awful. The drinks are bad. It’s not comfortable if you have to go back for something. The cup with no ice is how my drink came. Full to the brim of WARM “iced” americano. I heard the kid inside yelling “it’s literally espresso and water it’s already watered down!” Yes. It is water and espresso. Not 3 parts water and 1 part espresso. This drink is disgusting. I had to go back and ask for a cup of ice. I filled the second cup up and still have half of this watered down poo water. Horrible service. Even worse drinks. Save yourself the energy and just go to Palestine or Tyler. Or try a local shop. This place is awful.
