  Quality and service sure has gone down over the years. The only thing that's gone up is the price. Fries were overcooked and hard, dipping sauce costs EXTRA. I think this will be my last visit to a Dairy Queen. Sad to say but you get better service and food at a McDonald's at half the price.

  I asked for a number one hunger buster plain and dry without cheese, a medium diet dp, and a medium fry. All as a combo. I receive a number one hunger buster with cheese, a medium diet dp, and no fries. They replaced the fries with my sibling's onion rings he ordered. I send the burger back and tell them I didn't order cheese. It comes back 5 minutes later and they only peeled the cheese off. I didn't notice the fries situation until after I got home. But we ordered those fries and onion rings separate. I've never had such a bad experience until today. Whoever was working the drive through on May 5th, 2026, 2:26 PM should get a reality check. Zoey was kind and respectful about the situation, at least. Props to her!

  Ordered a bacon cheese hamburger combo. Got home and no bacon and no cheese. Just burger. Very disappointing especially after I tipped when I picked up my order

  My D chicken strip basket and the chicken stress were great the only place I had them like that was at a place where it was like $75 for an order of chicken strips some fancy Restaurant I would not go to normally actually the ones that dairy cream were better

  We waited 12 minutes for food which isn’t an issue when the order is correct price $22.06 for 2 people WE REQUESTED NO LETTUCE NO TOMATOES LOOK AT THIS WE HAVE LETTUCE AND TOMATOES…. Waiting for food 12 minutes should insure the food is correct
