Two speakers but they only take one order at a time, then they don’t pay any attention to you as you order. Get ready to repeat yourself 5-6 times.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too!!! I would give them zero stars if possible!!!! They are lazy and slow, the food is thrown together however! We ordered online drove over 10 miles to get the food and my husband stood in the lobby by the register for over 30 minutes with the employees just stand there staring at him. No one asked him if he need help or if he need to order or anything! Finally one person asked him if he was picking up a order and he told them yes and showed them his email receipt, and they told him they couldn't find his order!! And walked away and he stood there another 10 minutes without any help! At this time I walked in an asked him what was going on and he was explaining it to me and the manager walks up and checks the register again but still can't find our order and which I very plain said to them I don't care if you can't find the order, either gives us our food or refund us our money! We have been here for an hour and still no help! The manager then proceeds to have them make my order which was a big Mac,3 hamburgers,3chicken sandwiches,a basket of fries, and two frappes!! When we finally get our order he hands us everything minus the frappes and gave us cold coffee instead cause their machine didn't work. The people who came in behind us ,had already gotten their order and had to bring back their chicken nuggets because they where cold!! Needless to say our fries where soggy and the sandwiches look like a three year old put them together and missing veggies and overly load on the condiments!!! I am highly disappointed with the whole ordeal! If your employees are going to be that lazy and trying to rush out to go home maybe you might want to close that one down! Just saying this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with this company! Hire new employees from the managers down because if not your going to have a lot of unsatisfied customers and lose money at that restaurant for sure!

Without question, this was the worst food I have ever received from a McDonald’s. The combination of terrible food quality, a hair in the food, and an almost complete lack of attention to the order details was absolutely unacceptable. My family stopped at this location while passing through, and what we received was so bad that I genuinely cannot understand how this order made it out of the kitchen in this condition. First, the food itself was disgusting. It was extremely dry, tasted old, and seemed as though freshness and quality were complete afterthoughts. This was not simply a matter of preferring another McDonald’s location or thinking the food could have been a little better. The quality was genuinely awful. Even worse, there was HAIR in the food. Finding someone’s hair in something you are supposed to feed yourself or your family immediately destroys any confidence you might have had in the cleanliness and food-handling standards behind the counter. At that point, the issue goes far beyond whether a burger tastes good. Then there was the astonishing number of order mistakes. I specifically ordered EXTRA mustard on a burger. It came with NO mustard whatsoever. I specifically requested EXTRA salt on all of the fries. There was practically no salt on them. I specifically ordered a frappe with NO whipped cream. They put whipped cream on it anyway. What makes these mistakes particularly frustrating is that we placed the order ourselves through the self-service kiosk. There was no employee struggling to hear us over a speaker, no unclear verbal request, and no opportunity for someone to claim that a modification was misunderstood. The selections were entered electronically and were plainly available on the order for the employees preparing it to reference. Yet somehow multiple straightforward instructions were either ignored or overlooked. One mistake can happen. Even two mistakes on a large order might occasionally be understandable. But when multiple modifications are wrong, the food is dry and tastes old, and there is literally hair in the food, that indicates a much larger problem with quality control, food preparation, and basic attention to detail. The employees’ demeanor was average. Nobody was exceptionally rude, which is the only reason I gave the atmosphere three stars instead of one. My criticism is primarily directed at the absolutely unacceptable quality of the food and the lack of care shown in preparing the order correctly. Management at this location should seriously review how orders are being prepared, how modifications from kiosk orders are communicated and verified, how food freshness is being maintained, and whether appropriate food-handling practices are consistently being followed. There should be some form of final quality check before an order reaches a customer, because virtually every preventable problem that could have happened with ours somehow did. Dry, old-tasting food. Hair in the food. Multiple clearly documented order modifications ignored. An overall meal that was genuinely disgusting. We were simply a family passing through looking for a quick meal. Instead, we received an order bad enough that this location has now distinguished itself as the single worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. I would absolutely not recommend this location, and based on what my family was served, I would personally avoid eating here altogether. Corporate and local management need to take a very serious look at what is happening at this restaurant.
